I always feel bad because y'all get bad reviews, but I've never had an issue with bad service or bad food in general ever. I feel like some people get upset because I have to wait for their food but then if their food is cold, they also get upset y'all do great. I went there today and someone pulled out of the line after ordering and I had just gotten a three-piece combo meal with mashed potatoes on the side and with the meal I got fries And I'm assuming because the person that pulled away they had extra fries and so instead of giving me the side of fries that come with the meal they gave me a full box of fries and didn't say anything to me or anything about it. I found out when I got home And obviously was happy about that, but on the other hand, I felt bad for them because they had obviously made the food fresh good food I don't like cold food. I like to go here. I am perfectly crying waiting a couple minutes for my food to be fresh. I'm not sure if you guys see this you will see , but whoever was working, you guys did awesome and ignore the people who will complain either way and thank you to the girl at the drive up went above and beyond when it wasn't necessary for her to do so when I asked for she gave me the sauce. She was so respectful and kind , and that goes along way. But also, but also for other customers, it goes a long way for the workers if you are respectful and kind and patient to them because at the end of the day, they are also human and they are doing their best at their job. So many people nowadays, don't even wanna get a job or work, so please be patient with people and respectful be a good person that is not asking for too much. You don't know what someone else is dealing And you might be the first respectful customer that that person had had all day please remember that. Read moreWe ordered online for Mother's day. I went to the drive thru and said my name at the speaker. They said pull up to the window. I did and then was told they didn't have my order and I had to go inside. I had to go wait in line inside to be told the same thing. The girl looked at the receipt from my phone and said she'd get it taken care of. I waited there for almost 2 hours with my two young kids. My order was missing food, most of it was cold, because they left it sitting on the counter while waiting 30-40 minutes for the missing chicken. They didn't care about any customers inside. There were a bunch of people that had waited over an hour for their food. The staff wouldn't even acknowledge you waiting at the counter. The only ones getting food were the people going through the drive-thru. Don't order online or through the app. You get better service just ordering through drive-thru. My daughters and I missed out on spending time with my mother-in-law because by the time we got back, we had to eat and leave so my kids could get ready for bed. Oh they lied about not having my order, because they provided the receipt that shows it was in their system at 4:56 pm. The worst experience ever. Read moreHave frequented this location since they opened it. I mean on an average, at least once every 2 weeks. The first year, every time I got it, the chicken was fresh, hot, crispy, and decent size pieces......In the last couple years, it has been a hit or miss to get any of those or my chicken the way I order it...which is always mild. The last 4 times, I have gone, I have gotten shorted on pieces, (I order a 16 piece meal pretty much every time), and when I say shorted I mean, by like 4 or 5 pieces! The order is usually 1/2 spicy, 1/2 mild, with no one telling me that. If I wanted any spicy, I would order that. And it’s not difficult to tell the difference, I can tell by looking at the pieces. And the pieces are SO SMALL!!! I thought I was eating a pigeon last night! You have to eat 2 pieces to feel like you have gotten 1! used to get 2 boxes to accommodate the 16 pieces, the last couple times I have gotten one box with the chicken sliding around because there was so much room, and no, the boxes haven’t gotten bigger.
