Red Dragon — Restaurant in Concord

I called for delivery when they answerd some guy answered "please tell me your the cab driver" i said so he said "so you want to order sone food hold on let me pass you to the kitchen " i was on hold for 5 mins yet i could hear alot of noise and sceaming in the backround. When he passed me to the kitchen they were not able to hear my order due to the noise. I simply hung up and told myself i dont want to eat food from a place that treats customers like that. I will let everyone i know to never eat at this place. Worst service ever. Too bad they are the only Chinese restaurant...

Ordered crispy orange chicken but got soggy, over breaded, no chicken inside, one looks like a baby bird, way spicy not orange chicken. The rice was hard and cold and taste like minute made rice. Sweat and sour chicken was also all onion and breading, carrots and peppers. Was spicy too not sweat and sour. Beef and broccoli was also undercooked, had lots of carrots. $50 worth of nasty food what a waste, ordered online for pickup and it took forever....

My mother had ordered Chinese food from this restaurant. Unfortunately, my mother became massively sick with uncontrollable vomiting and stomach ache. She wasn’t able to eat a lot, but what she did eat made her sick. I saw that the rice looked old and refried. The food was soggy and not looking good. I hope they improve on their food quality and kitchen safety. I don’t like to make a bad review but I am very frustrated that my mom had to go...
