I love Teaspoon boba—they easily have the best honey boba around, and such delicious drinks. I visit regularly. However, today’s visit was a major bummer. My husband had never been and he ordered the honeycomb banana milk latte. We used the touch screen in the shop to order, he ordered the drink as normal and added honey boba. When he received his drink, however, it had no honeycomb, which he mentioned to the man working. The man said “oh it’s not included anymore, it’s $1 extra.” We were very confused by this and my husband was quiet upset and disappointed. It feels like false advertising. DON'T ORDER HERE. All drinks tastes like water down tea. Black Sugar Assam tastes like bitter water and no cream in it, Caramel Cream doesn't taste much caramel and not much cream inside, and still tastes like milky water. Ordered House Milk Tea with house cream but there is no cream. Another House Milk Tea with oatmilk just tastes like oat scented water. I've tried 4 different flavors so far and they are all amazing and yummy. Customer service is great although there's usually only one person assisting customers but they're always very courteous and fast when making your drinks. The 4 flavors I've tried are taro lover, silky mango, strawberry colada smoothie (my favorite) and mango fun time with chamoy and tajin.
