We visited this gem of a cafe, bakery and ice cream establishment called The Kreamery & Bake Shoppe in Concord, Ca. Walking in you are feeling the retro vibes and all the space is so luxurious! This family and locally owned business is ready to wake up your taste buds with quality house made pies, delicious coffee, Mitchell's ice cream, Italian sodas, and more for your eating and drinking pleasure! Such a great place to go after a soccer game or church for some pie and coffee or a refreshing beverage or scoop of ice cream or a shake for the kiddos. Family oriented service for all. The pies are hand made fresh in-house daily by the co-owner, Amparo. We grabbed what was left in the case and a few just coming out of the oven. A few key lime indi pies, and a few 5-inch cheese cakes, and one banana cream pie. These pies were sublime, rich, creamy and packed with extra flavor and decadence! No skimping on TLC or quality ingredients. The coffee was made by the Barista John (also co-owner). He made me an Americano, double pull, with cream. It was delicious! We took home some freshly roasted coffee beans by Fire Family Coffee Roasters. We were given excellent customer service. Check out The Kreamery for yourself and you can thank me later. 😉 Your taste buds will definitely be happy! 😃☕🥧🥤😋😉👍

My wife and I felt like some real ice cream and hit up Google for options close by. The Kreamery came up and we made our way there. As long time fans of Fentons and the Creamery in Castro Valley as well as the San Francisco Creamery in Walnut Creek I will say that this new Kreamery scratches the premium ice cream itch. They serve Mitchell's ice cream which is top notch. The service was fantastic and felt like we were visiting a friend that was making us desert while we visited about this relatively new endeavor. If you are in the area, stop in for a treat.

Welome to the neighborhood! Wonderful to have a place like this locally. Love the old fashioned ice cream parlor feel. Great ice cream, yummy treats. Definitely still in the soft open stage, so be patient and give extra time at first. Our ice cream was worth waiting for. Staff are new, as it's the shop's first week, but enthusiastic. As a Californian who has also lived in the Northeast, so much fun to see egg creams and lime rickeys on the menu!

I really loved the look and feel of this place! It’s super cute and spacious. The ice cream looks and taste really good. I definitely want to come back and try more items off the menu.

I did have an issue with the customer service. I would have given this place a three but I know that as a food service worker that one worker does not represent the whole establishment. Two out of the three workers seemed very nice but the one that helped my family with our order had a bit of an attitude and made us feel very unwelcome. We really were excited to try the fresh made waffle cones, but she made it seem like a huge inconvenience to order more than one. She also seemed very cold and bossy with her coworkers. I really did not want to interact with her any more than necessary due to her behavior.I hope it was just one of those days and I caught her at a bad time because the place seems really nice. I think people would really enjoy this place and I hope it does...

Had a bad experience. Went in Saturday before Father’s Day and bought 2 mini pies. Key Lime outstanding French Apple just ok. Talked to owner about what pies would be made Father’s Day. She said to order what we wanted and those will be some of the variety she makes. Ordered 4 different mini pies. Arrived 12:30 pm Father’s Day was told she was just starting our pies and to come back in an hour. Had a Father’s Day event so said I could not return that late in the day.

She had made other pies for the day which were in the case to sell. Just none of the varieties we ordered. Was surprised she would not first make varieties ordered.

Bad customer service will not...
