Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Concord

Order a cake online went to pick it up and it was ready. The manager was not there so they gave me her cel number. I called her and asked for a refund, she tells me I have to come back on Monday when she is working to get it. I explained I work on Monday and I do not live near the store. I asked to call on Monday to get a refund and she said no. You would think they we would apologized for not having the cake but nope. I never received an apology and still no refund for a cake I never received. Horrible...

Sign read, "At lunch be back soon." This was 2pm! Waited with my son to see a lady get out of her car 10 minutes after sitting outside and waiting. We weren't greeted nor even eye contact, and when opening the door she did not have the courtesy to welcome or hold the door for us to go in. Why would I stay? My business is elsewhere. Thanks for crushing my son's spirit, girl. Manager needs to now...

If i could give this place zero stars i would. Upon entering i was greeted by the overwhelming smell of sewage. Everyone working looked miserable as would i in those circumstances. I can only imagine the serious health concerns that must come with whatever is causing it. Wouldnt recommend going here given the complete lack of concern for their customers as well as their own...
