We placed an order for delivery through the McDonalds app. DoorDash handles the delivery. Placed the order at 10:00. 40 minutes later, no food, and DD shows the driver still waiting for the order, so we call inquiring about the order, and why it’s taking so long. First person in the phone is the General Manager, Marie, who proceeds to yell at my daughter that they don’t have any door dash orders. My daughter asked he to look up the McDonalds order number and the GM proceeds to get more frustrated, stating that she can’t see the order numbers, and has no control over delivery orders. My daughter begins asking another question and the GM hangs up mid-sentence. So I drive to the physical location. I tell her who I am and say I’d like a redo on the order. At this point, you would expect that the manager would be willing to do whatever to make the situation right. I was informed upon arrival that there was a DD order, that the guy was walking, not driving, and that we need to call DD. Wait, you gave a guy on foot the delivery to walk a mile when it’s 14 degrees outside. That’s not smart. Again, I asked to get a redo on the order. This is at 10:45. The GM tells me that they can’t do breakfast, it ended 20 minutes ago. Really? You cant pull the frozen food out of the freezer and make the order? You really have no ability to complete the order? This is a failure n many,many levels. First, the GM is incapable of handling a simple situation. Second, she handled the situation in a rude, demeaning manner. Third, McDonald’s is subcontracting for them. They are responsible for the non-delivery. Third, you lied about there not being a DD order. Fourth, you have no ability to rectify the situation? What a trash experience. McDonalds has no sense of professionalism. You are a multi-billion dollar corporation. You have franchisees who pour their hard-earned money and time into a location, then have employees and a corporate structure that places the blame for a problem on the customer. You deserve to fail, and Marie, I hope you get what is coming to you. I would fire you...
Read moreIn June 12, 2024, my family ordered a large take out order. (I know it's taken a long time to get to completing my review, I came across my receipt again) my husband and BIL went inside to place the order. We were from out of town and had been there for unfortunate events, and still had to figure out food for a large group of people. We had ordered 6 happy meals, a few combos and few sandwiches. Our total was $83.91. As they were placing the large order, the person who was on front counter taking orders, was openly annoyed by our order. The other person who we belive was the manager on that shift came up to them and was so nice to them and appreciative (even stating that having customers is what pays their paychecks). Leaving stars on this review gives me mixed feelings because I would like to give one half 10 stars and the other maybe, 1 star. Just a few days prior to that we had been through the drive thru with a semi large order, around 50ish dollars. The tone of the customer service was not pleased. (We were not in a great situation to call ahead or use apps, as I stated before, we had been there during an unfortunate event that had taken place in lake erie.) Thank you to the manager on that shift that stepped up to help them feel welcomed and provided great customer service. Sorry to the others if you had been having a bad day. Receipt from 06/12/2024...

New Review...... Ordered a quarter pounder meal, large fries.... I got a medium fry box with a kids meal portion of fries in it when they brought it out they lay it on its side so it seems like more. Plus the other large fries with the other meals were large boxes with medium portion. I said something and asked very nicely to please fix it. A couple minutes later a different girl's brings it out and it's still the same way they may have added a few fries to the large boxes but that's it. Then I get home and there is no condiments on my quarter pounder. Just pickle and cheese. I just got home off work picked up dinner, I call McDonald's and get told I can bring all the food back and they will fix it. I asked if they could just do credit for next time, they refused because that's McDonald's policy now. I said I'm tired ya'll screwed up TWICE how about you deliver it. NOPE which I knew would be the answer, needless to say I'm not driving all the way back and dealing with it again I don't understand why they can't do credit, more importantly why can't they just pay attention and do the job correctly... McDonald's is...
