Like really. It's not science. I feel like I'm maybe being rude. But, you weren't there. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato like I do at every other Starbucks or dunkin' donuts. There's only been a few that don't know what they're doing. This is one of them. I ordered the same thing I always order light ice( because I drink it slowly and it gets watered down) with two Splenda. (I'm usually going through the drive-thru can't add it myself) So the drink tasted like flavored milk I tasted absolutely no espresso. I usually cut him a break I took it back in I was very friendly. I asked if you could fix it or remake it. He said he would remake it. A different girl made it this time. Just as awful. Taste it absolutely no caramel. I asked her did you add Splenda. I watched her make it. She never out of the splenda she lied and said she did. The cup was filled with ice. So I then ask for a fork because I had to take out the ice myself. I mean it was almost like it was done at a spite made the same way out of spite. They were not a happy crew. The only positive part was the girl who waited on me was friendly and she had a smile on her face. I didn't see your name it was a little blonde girl.    Read moreVery disrespectful and ignorant staff members at this location. Two times in one week the Manager and staff have been very rude on the evening shift. Firstly, they threaten and hang up the phone on a customer due to them making the drinks wrong numerous times and say, â they can kick you outâ due to a customer asking, â if they know how to make a drink because if not a refund is wantedâ. Needless to say everyone of those drinks were tossed in the garbage as they tasted like garbage!! Secondly, the staff not knowing I myself as family member behind the vehicle at the drive thru of the previous customer who pulled out were making fun, belittling and defaming that customer as I was receiving my order and when they were confronted about their actions and told that a GM Manager would be contacted the manager on duty threw her hands up and stated, âshe didnât careâ got very rude and started laughing. They're always out of stock or something or another, they always offer sub-par replacements, and they can't issue refunds without you contacting corporate and waiting however long it takes to reach someone or hear back from them.
Imagine going to a restaurant, paying $20 for a nice meal, and then they bring you a McDonald's cheeseburger and apologize, but they were incapable of making what you ordered and paid for, so please, take this compensation instead.
In any case, every few months I make the mistake of coming back here, thinking "maybe things have changed, there's no other coffee/donut places for at least 15 miles, what's the worst that could happen," and every few months I get the same reminder.
