After staying away from McDonalds nearly a year I stopped in there today hoping the experience was better than the last time I was there. I walked in and went to the Counter where 2 Employees were watching Videos on a Cell Phone and the other Employee was Texting on hers. I stood there a couple minutes and had to ASK FOR SERVICE. It was OBVIOUS TO ME THAT I WAS INTERRUPTING THEM BY THE HORRIBLE ATTITUDE THE CASHIER HAD. So, I Ordered a Coke and a Cheeseburger for dine in. WELL.....IT WAS WRONG!!!! When I got to My Table The Only Thing My Sandwich had on it was ketchup, pickles and mustard. So, BEING THE UPSTANDING CITIZEN I AM I MARCHED BACK TO THE COUNTER AND ASKED THE EMPLOYEE IF I COULD GET WHAT I ORDERED PLEASE. At that time I was asked for the Receipt. I HAD JUST LEFT THE COUNTER!!!! Are You Kidding Me? So, I went to the table and got MY RECEIPT. When I got to the counter this time I asked for the Manager. The Cashier asked me "WHY" and I said....."BECAUSE". What did they expect? I HAD ATTEMPTED TO HANDLE IT DIPLOMATICALLY, WITHOUT DRAMA. But when I had to go to my table so I could get the Receipt, which I did, I was INFURIATED! IT WAS A CHEESEBURGER FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! A CHEESEBURGER! So, when the Manager comes to the counter I simply presented my receipt and my meatless bun and asked for the CHEESEBURGER I had paid for. The MANAGER picked up the bun and walked to the back and placed a burger patty on the bun with her bare hands and brings it back to me open faced. I ORDERED A CHEESEBURGER. A REGULAR CHEESEBURGER. I HAD MY RECEIPT. But at this point I WAS DONE! I REQUESTED A REFUND! The Manager REFUSED! She said "The buck stops here." I SAID "ALL I WANT IS THE CHEESEBURGER I PAID FOR! THIS IS NOT A CHEESEBURGER IT IS A HAMBURGER." She turned around, picked up her cell phone and proceeded to walk away. SO, I went back to my table, retrieved my Coke and walked out!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!!!! NEVER!!!!! The Reason I had STOPPED GOING THERE BEFORE WAS..... REPEATED MESSED UP ORDERS!!! I should have...
Read moreThis is the worst FAST FOOD restaurant I have ever been to in my life. And they are never friendly or courteous. In the last 2 month's I have left there without food for the 3rd time after waiting IN THE DRIVE THROUGH for No less than 12 mins(the only 3 times I have been there because I try to avoid it), and still had not even gotten to place my order. This morning I sat in the same spot for 12 mins without moving( because I was blocked in) as the other lane just kept going right on through( which is what ALWAYS happens). On one occasion After an 18 min wit in the drive through I parked and went in, only to stand in another line for 7 mins. Meanwhile the 4-5 workers behind the counter lollied around and acted as if no one was there. 1 person was waiting on 1 person and they were still trying to figure out what to do...so I got back in my car and went on to Bojangles which is my suggestion to all of you...skip this place go a quarter mile down the road and you're never in Bojangles drive through more than a min, most times my car only stops to pay and get my food they are always very friendly and courteous !!!!!!! If I could have given McDonald's 0 starts I would have but I didn't have the option !!!! Have a blessed day !!! P.S. they should also have their employees keep their finger nails in check they are working in food. Most of them are in violation to the...
Read moreI had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. I pulled up to the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order for someone else and also placed a separate order. When I gave the mobile code, the employee repeated the customer’s name back to me. However, when I got to the window, I was handed the wrong order and told to pull up by the side door to wait.
I sat there for over 30 minutes while multiple employees came out, only to tell me there was still no mobile order. Eventually, I was even told to go inside. I called from my car and spoke with the manager, who claimed there was no mobile order at all. Later, the person who placed the order came to the restaurant and spoke directly with management, and after looking into it, they admitted the order had already been cashed out.
The most concerning part is that the drive-thru worker, Oscar, clearly knew who the mobile order belonged to and chose to mishandle it. This looks like intentional behavior, not a simple mistake. I will be filing a complaint with the district office to make them aware. If this employee has a personal issue with a customer, it seems they purposely tamper with or delay their order.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope McDonald’s takes...
