Arby's — Restaurant in Conroe

This is a change from my previous rating of 5 stars. Everything from waiting almost 20 minutes to order at the drive thru to wrong drinks, wrong sandwich, smashed beyond recognition sliders. The person taking the order asks for us to wait a minute. No problem. We waited a very long time, they didn't come back to take our order until the 2 cars waiting on their food were gone. I'm pretty sure they forgot about us. The man at the window gave us the wrong drinks...it happens. I politely let him know. He was clearly angry or upset about something. He threw the lids around and smashed our lids on. He broke them, noticeably to him and us, but gave them to us. We checked the bags for the number of items. Get home, no cheese on the beef and cheddar, and it, along with the sliders, were completely smashed... I'm talking pancake smash. Possibly on purpose. I am very generous with good reviews, but this...

Staff very friendly and courteous. Heather made a huge impact on our decision to return. We are currently new to the area and homeless. We were not treated as such tho. We have always been treated with respect, dignity and a smile. When we walk in Heather greets us cheerfully like we are best friends. We are allowed to waste the evening hrs playing cards drinking ice water or what not to get out of the texas heat after work. In return for the kindness we do purchase food, generally sliders as we don't have a lot of money obviously. Heather has the people personality to go far! She would make a great manager, or human resources or especially helping needy families. She is a wonderful woman with a heart of gold and so much loe to give. I pray life doe not take that from her. Heather, if you are reading this, follw your dreams and I will be praying they all come...

Haven't been here in years so I decided to stop in. Mistake. Female employee at counter was on her phone therefore I received no greeting. As I stood there waiting to order I had to ask her if I could? Seriously?? She had an attitude and besides her continually looking at her phone she kept coughing. Gross. Cover your mouth Please! Upon getting my order I walked over to the soda machine, wondered when the last time that (or anything else in this location) was cleaned? Noticed the condiment pumps were nasty with dried up product. Sigh. The restaurant was completely empty yet had dirty tables, food on the floor and yet they had 5 employees standing around doing nothing? The food was just as bad as the dirty floors. After one bite it went right into the trash. I will not ever be back!! I'm surprised the health department has not shut this place down....
