KFC — Restaurant in Conroe

I really like KFC but this location is TRASH. Noone wants to help. I placed an order at 618pm for 75.00 worth of food estimated was about 633pm so normally about 645pm since it was a large order. I get my order at 708pm and it was wrong they forgot part of my order. I ask the guy in the front to give me corp number and he said "i dont have it." I asked if he can get it he says "nah." I request to speak to a manager and the lady manager who has the piercing on the face comes in from smoking a cigg and im explaining the situation and she right away gets defensive and starts being rude. The little girl working the counter was super friendly but the manager stated she couldnt give me her name due to her being a minor. I said ok I need your name and corp number and she says to me "I am not giving you my name or corp number why so you can complain on me" I explained my order was wrong and she states to me "so what do you want a large mac & cheese get her a large mac & cheese so she can leave the building" i then requested the number to corp again and she said "no you arent going to get it so leave the store." I saw the number to the manager Alex Garcia turned around away from the customers. I called him on my way back home (about a 45 min drive) he proceeded to "check the cameras" and state that I am practically lying to him. He didnt want to give me the owners number or that managers name either. This is not the first time we have issues here and I keep going because my children like KFC but never again. Everyone including Alex Garcia is very rude and I spent so much money for them to treat us with so much disrespect and not want to fix my order. Never again. The young girl at the counter was also very rushed trying to do everyones jobbut she dropped a pair of tongs on the floor and proceeded to reuse them to grab the chicken. They should look at the cameras for that grossness. Stay away if you can. Noone here wants to work and its shocking how rude and disrespectful everyone is

I only ever go through the drive-thru, at this location, so I cannot comment about the dining facilities.

There is a young man who works the drive thru window, with whom I have encountered all four times that I have utilized this location. (Sadly, I have not seen his nametag, but I shall update this review and add his name upon my next visit; he deserves recognition!)He is well mannered, possesses a sense of urgency , and an altruistic nature. (makes friendly small talk, and seems concerned about how each individuals day is going, and their general well being.) In a service oriented business, dealing with America's ever more antisocial, hypercritical, pessimistic and negative public, this guys is a breath of fresh air; a beacon of light in the surrounding darkness. He is concerned about getting your order correct, helps you get the things you would like from the menu, at the most reasonable price point, and he is actually knowledgeable of taste and quality of all menu items.

The actual food products are still reliable in their tastiness, although, like every other food chain, quantity and portion size has diminished, as the price steadily rises. Not much more to say about that, as it has no relevance to the individual establishment, but speaks more to the overall lowered bar of what is considered acceptable within...

That female employee who worked this evening at exactly 4:40pm cst she was clearly distracted when we were giving our order, as she said had us repeat ourselves twice and we could hear background noise in the speaker. When she repeated the order back to us, it was wrong, so we politely told her our order again, and she got really snippy and short tempered, and then she repeated it back correctly but her tone was unprofessional. We got to the window and she didn't want to even look at us. And in the end when she gave us our food, we wished her a good day, and she didn't even look at us. Our order was incomplete lol and she never gave us a receipt. We were perfectly polite the entire time, she had no reason to be so unprofessional. We were in no rush and we had no problem repeating our order. Her attitude was completely unwarranted. We were going to go back through the drive thru to get our order right, but by that point I didn't even want to deal with that woman, as I feel like she would have been confrontational and may do something to our food. The food that we did get though was awesome! Lol despite her bad attitude. The fact that we paid for something we didn't get and cannot verify it because we didn't get a receipt is very unsettling. Not sure exactly...
