Update: I previously gave this location 5 stars but I have brought it down to 1 star because of two recent experiences. The second to last time that I went I ordered cookies and I specifically requested that they please be baked fresh. I immediately grabbed a cookie to find them barely warm and I knew exactly what happened: I was given cookies that were already sitting out but they re-warmed them. You will know that the cookies are fresh baked because 1) you will be asked to pull aside and wait for them while they bake and 2) they are going to be so soft and hot that you can barely pick them up without them falling apart. I knew they weren't fresh because 1) I got them immediately upon ordering and 2) they were hard and warm. I went in and was greeted by a manager. I wasn't even upset, I simply stated that I ordered fresh baked cookies and got old cookies that were clearly re-warmed. Then that MANAGER looked me directly in my eyes and lied, saying "Oh they were fresh. I did them myself I just took them out... But ok" and she threw the cookies that I had in the trash can angrily and went in the back to make new ones. The new ones were fresh baked. How can I tell you ask? Because 1) I had to wait at least 7 minutes for them to bake and 2) they were so soft and HOT that they fell apart when I picked them up! I went again today and the same thing happened. I ordered fresh baked cookies only to get old, re-warmed cookies. I had to politely request what I paid for AGAIN and wait for it. I give 1 star because I do not like being lied to! It's the principal of the matter. If I pay for and SPECIFICALLY request a fresh item, do not take my money and give me what you decide that you want to give me (old food) but try to pass it off as what I requested... AND don't lie about it! It's unfair and it has happened twice in a row at this location!
Looove the fact that I can order fresh baked, gooey chocolate chip cookies 2/$1. Yes, you can definitely get a whole pack of cookie dough from the grocery store for about $2 but its...
Read moreThe last several times I've been coming here, they'd tell me to please wait a moment before letting me order at the drive thru, but while I am waiting, someone will pull into the second lane and they will immediately take that person's order before they take mine even though I got there first. And often times it will be someone with a much bigger order than mine. I drove out of the drive thru tonight after they did this again. It is disrespectful and it is unacceptable. I don't let people cut the line at my job, so why does this location keep doing this to me? Took my money and business elsewhere, and their food has been cold and soggy anyways.
UPDATE: Came here again and I waited like 15 minutes and when I got to the speaker, nobody wanted to answer for over 5 minutes. I don't care how busy you are, you can tell people it'll be a minute at least, but no you just completely ignore us instead? I had to pull up to the window just to make an order. I used to work for a fast food place on a short staffed overnight shift, there is no...
Read moreIt was 9:45 at night, I went through the drive thru to get my son a mcflurry. It took 20 minutes before I even got to the first window to pay. I saw the young guy at the window walk away. Thought maybe he would be back to take my money. Kept hearing some noise but figured they were cleaning in the building. Then I heard a lady yell. When I looked ahead the lady at the second window was banging on the metal piece outside her window and yelling at me to pull up. At this point I sat for 25 minutes total for one mcflurry and multiple people had already drove off. Working at a fast casual place myself I have them grace until this happened. My question is why didn't the guy tell me he was closing down his register and to pull forward. Instead I'm getting screamed at by the lady up front. Then she was rude when I got to the window as if I caused the line to back up. Nope, that was on you guys! Overall not happy with this experience and not sure if I'll be coming back to this one. Impressions are what makes or break a place and that was a...
