The service at the drive through window was terrible. I spent over $40.00 dollars on donuts and sausage kolaches. I told the lady that I wanted a dozen assorted doughnuts but to make sure a couple of them had sprinkles (for my granddaughter) I get home open the box and 8 out of twelve had sprinkles so that only 4 donuts were for adults. When I called them and explained what happened figuring I could drive back and they would correct the issue with what I ordered I didn't expect anything free mind you because accidents happen. They proceeded to blame me for not being exact enough with them they said a couple doesn't always mean the same thing. I'm sorry that's the exact definition of a couple 2 two. Horrible service! The lady at the window today didn’t listen to a word I was saying so I had to repeat myself three times. Just to come home to (6) sausage and cheese kolaches instead of boudin. Therefore, I called up there and asked to speak to a manager and the same lady answered the phone stating she didn’t make a mistake and stated she will argue nonstop verses just fixing the mistake as we have cheese allergies! She keeps hanging up on me and won’t give me the owners information as this definitely needs his/her attention as she is NOT fit to manage a thing if she can’t fix an order. You have two ears and one mouth… so listen twice as much...

So what does a couple mean to you all? I was always taught in school a couple meant two. When you see two people together they are known as a couple. So when my dad went to shipleys on 105 and bought a dozen donuts and a dozen kolaches. He said I have two grand kids can you make a couple of those donuts sprinkled.
