Read moreI had made this post long ago..."This place is like crack. I can't stop going and eating the entire menu! It's sooooooo good!!!!!" BUT TODAY........
Our company has been coming here FOREVER and today was so bad that we will not be coming back. First I called at 11:04 to make a to go order and the girl on the phone seemed super agitated about taking the order. I told her it didn't have to be ready until after 12. We were told we had an emergency surgery coming into the clinic at 1 pm while we were walking in to get our food so we knew we wouldn't have time to drive back and eat. I asked if we could just eat our to go food there. We have done this probably 5+ times as it's the closest thing to our clinic to eat at and get back asap. We have always been told it was ok....we take care of ALL our First Responders if we see them dining and if we order drinks we make sure to tip them well too. Well we asked for drinks and the waitress was the absolute rudest I've ever encountered in a facility. She sighed loudly and asked what we wanted. I told her I knew she was busy with other tables and to go ahead and do what she needed and she again asked what we wanted. 3 teas. No smile or welcome when we told her thank you. She just stormed off. THEN.....we have what I assume was the manager bc she never introduced herself or had a name tag come to our table and tell us that from now on we will never be able to eat our to go food in their facility. We could take it anywhere but there bc the staff needs to be taken care of....meaning tipped. I asked when that rule started and she said they have always had it. She was super unprofessional in how she spoke to us. I didn't say anything, but man...... c'mon. I never expect to be waited on for free. We ALWAYS take care of those who take care of us. I usually tip around $10-$20 for being a pain on asking for drinks or anything else. If the waitress would have been kind, I swear we would have made her day for just getting us 3 teas and ranch dressing. I refer everyone to these guys bc they are usually so amazing and accommodating. I've never been treated so poorly anywhere. So I guess if you get your food to go, make sure you leave the facility...
Read moreSo let me start by saying that I’m giving 4 stars because I had a pretty rough experience here on our first try, but will be back to give this place another try soon. The atmosphere is very fun. The band that went on was great. Unfortunately our service and dining experience were not what we expected (even in 2022 where we don’t expect much). We were greeted quickly where drinks and appetizer orders were taken (two waters and two bar drinks). We got our appetizer out before waters even made it to the table. Finally got our drinks and ordered food. 45 minutes went by before we got our entrees, the hot food was cold and the buffalo chicken salad came out with no dressing. We waited for the server for 25 more minutes after food was dropped off before they came back to check on us. Had they come by sooner, we would have ordered another round of drinks and been able to ask for the salad dressing, but instead my wife ate a very dry salad and we asked for the bill. Another 10 minutes. Pulled out my card immediately as the server walked away and waited 10 more minutes for them to come and pick it up. At this point we had been in the restaurant for nearly 2 hours and only seen our server 4 times.
I’ve worked in the industry and know everyone has nights they are double or triple sat, or the kitchen gets behind. I think this restaurant has potential and we’ll be back for another try, but that first experience my wife and I had on our date night was not great. We wrapped it up and went somewhere else for more drinks instead of staying for the band and getting dessert. I’ll update my review after we...
