Should be zero stars. We went inside for a quick bite to eat. Upon paying, I looked behind the register to see the kitchen absolutely filthy. I debated just asking for my money back and finding somewhere clean to eat, but decided to stay After 20 minutes we still hadn't gotten our food. We went to the counter and watched the 5 employees ignore us for five minutes. Finally the cashier that originally helped us asked what we need. When I told him I would like to speak to a manager regarding the wait for our food, he went up to a lady in the kitchen and told her. Her response was, they will have to wait. I then watched her prepare our food. She brought it to the counter and said she didn't have time to talk to me because they were short handed. We were one of 3 people in the entire restaurant with a slow drive thru as well. The attitude, cleanliness, and complete lack of regard for customers is unacceptable. After recieiving my food I realized I got the wrong item. I took it back up to the counter and waited unhelped again. When the manager finally acknowledged me and I told her I had ordered a burrito supreme without onions, not a bean and cheese burrito, she responded that that isn't what I ordered not what I payed for. I then showed her my receipt showing it was in fact what I ordered and payed for. She quickly told me she must have read the screen wrong and remade it. First time ordering from this location, which was done through the taco bell app and picked up via drive through
When I arrived to pick up my order through the drive through, I was asked to verify my identity after giving my name by reading off the contents of my order, which on its own is no big deal and by itself might have been nice knowing staff were trying to ensure my order got to me and no one else.
This was not the case. Upon pulling up to the window, I was again asked to verify my identity this time by repeating my full name. Wait time was on the longer side, but definitely acceptable especially if my order had gotten to me correctly, which it did not.
Two of the items I ordered had add-ons that did not actually make it into the food items. Additionally, out of two box combos ordered, both were missing items, one a crunchy taco and the other a chalupa (what taco bell considers the "main dish" of the box). No plasticware was provided for the potato side dish as well.

Read moreGoing to the drive-in today at this location was a horrible experience. The lady that took my order Lynn wouldn’t let me finish talking to tell her what my order was. She kept asking me what you drink what you drink what’s your drink when I haven’t clearly finished my order!! Stop trying to be so fast and slow down and wait for the customer to get done with your order! Definitely not customer service oriented. Then, getting to the drive-through to pay for my food, she didn’t even look at me. She was taking an order for another person while trying to take my debit card at the same time that is horrible customer service you should pay attention to who you are servicing and then talk to the other persons order!! she clearly needs to be retrained. Not even a thank you after I paid and then I even had to ask for my own receipt. Wow I will not be visiting this location ever again and it’s right up the street from my job. I called in and talk to the manager and she asked if she could replace my food and I told her no I will never be coming back to that location but I really appreciate her even asking.
