Back In Time Popcorn — Local services in Conroe

I love popcorn and I’m so glad I found this place. They have the best popcorn and it’s always fresh.

Their are so many flavors to choose from. I’ve tried several and haven’t been disappointed. Some of which I wouldn’t even think of as popcorn.

Ever since I discovered Back In Time Popcorn my husband and I have probably gained 10 pounds.

They do have more than popcorn. The store is filled with candy, which I love also. So needless to say I’ve started working out again to enjoy all the goodies they have.

The owners are very nice, friendly and let you try as many flavors as you’d like.

They offer shipping too. I just shipped my daughter some for her birthday. She loves pickles and they have pickled flavor popcorn and it is really good.

This is an old school popcorn and candy establishment. I am not a fan of the popcorn at all. I was attracted to the candy and felt it was a neat little place to bring my boys and grab some old school candy that I still like. The young lady at the counter was very drab! My receipt says her name is Crystal. Not welcoming! I commenced to buy some candy and was blown away by my bill. My bill was $25 for less than 2lbs of candy and 5 honey sticks. I couldn’t believe it. The question isn’t whether or not I have the money. The question is why is the price so stinking high? Even if I wanted to go back between the customer service and the price that is enough for me to go elsewhere. If some things don’t change around there I don’t see them being there much longer. What a shame & a missed opportunity for a self proclaimed “small town/ old town” establish to exercise customer service. If we went ‘back in time’, neither one of the personalities my family just dealt with would have been the ones serving us. There goes any thoughtful traditions of many visits to Back In Time. As my family entered the business we were made to feel like a burden & a bother when asked for suggestions. At that point I was told my 4 year old “was destroying the place and it was frustrating”; at which point she pointed to 3 pieces of candy that he had scooted around. I always ask him & help him pick up behind himself, as he is FOUR YEARS old, but I wasn’t even given the opportunity to do that. It was an unreal and unenjoyable experience. Thumbs down Back In...
