Wendy's — Restaurant in Conroe

The guy on the speaker was chill but cool, the young girl working the first window was great and joked around with me and was so nice, then... the last window.. ooohh the last window... lol... i first mwntion the fact she was an older, hispanic lady to identify her because there were no others by the window matching these traits at the tim i was there. Also to bring about this next point, though. Due to the fact i like to think the best of someone or a situation, im not sure if there was maybe just a language barrier, but since she did say what little words she did say in english.. idk.. but nonetheless, it's bout someone's demeanor (which surpasses any language barrier even simply with a smile). The lady at the last window does not greet u, looks and act very disgruntled and angry every time i go up there, and just.. looks/acts likes shes never smiled a day in her life.. Makes u uncomfortable when u ask for anything like for my frosty keychain they forgot to give me in my bag or get a bbq sauce me (which i always am friendly and polite even when ppl are the opposite to me). It's like I asked her to do something uncharacteristic of the duty her job entails or something and shes going out of her way. When like, bro.. i JUST said bbq on the speaker, saw it put on the order, and YOU didnt put it in the bag.. not me lol. Anywhooo.. she kinda just shoves the order out the window with a scowl on her face and looks at u like she's offended at the tastelestness of me taking it upon myself to think I could eat there and ask anything of her. I'm not even exaggerating wither. I don't usually ever, ever-ever, never, ever leave any negative reviews. But dang lady, I literally avoid that place just to not deal with feeling how I leave feeling from there.. smile people.. I am just tryna get my nuggies on and dip some fries in frosties n shiii..... lol can a girl just get some nuggies and not feel like a jerk for coming to do so at ur...

OK, so I stopped by here today to grab me a 444 meal. I haven't ate Wendy's in awhile so I was like yeah, now mind you I chose Wendy's over Jerseys Mike. I'm already exhausted for work, so it took a minute to get my meal so I'm thinking everything is going to be fresh. I gets my bag, the only thing I was thinking about was the fries, so I pulled up to put my ketchup on them, they were not hot fresh they were warm and the nuggets the same but I just went on cause I'm exhausted. I get close to house and saw this old, microwaved a thousand times meat on my burger. I'm like wow, this is how you all feed your customers, idc if it was a 444, a double big Dave meal, salad, or whatever, you don't serve your customers no doggy treat looking food. I was too tired to turn back around and complain so let me get on here and make my point. I pay my money I want my food looking close to the commercial as possible, period, cause that's what you advertise. This is the first restaurant in Conroe, since I've been here, that has disappointed me completely and I've been speaking good on Conroe but Wendy's on League Line Road exit 90 has got to do better. By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. They can't get an order right. I give them all the chances and still can't come through. Every time I go there when Maria (manager) is working they mess up my order. Spent 30 min in the drive through and I asked several times if my order was how I asked it. She said yes. I get home and find out that it was wrong! This is the second time that this has happened. How do you become a manager if you can't manage. It seems like they will hire anyone off of the street. Even the kid at the window had no idea of what was going on. My order was $10.35. I gave him $20.35. He started to give my back change. I had to tell him to give me $10 back. The math isn't that hard. I think a lot of these problems would change if Maria wasn't there. I run a business and know how things work. Eliminate the problem. Which is Maria or the business will fail! I will never return...
