I will never give this restaurant my business again based on service alone! Placed to go order, go in to pick up-here is where the experience unravels: First) I stand there unacknowledged by any worker passing by me, I walk up to a waitress and ask where I get to go order from, no direct answer she walks away gets another waitress Second) that waitress bags up my order and puts it on counter in front of me, I try to give her my card, she takes it walks around with it for sometime, doing tasks all while I’m waiting and watching Third) she eventually hands my card to a woman at register now ringing up other people who walked up behind me, they pay and leave, she leaves register, my card and my order on counter and disappears in the back Fourth) I stand there confused while not being told what it is I’m waiting for now, not knowing did they run my card without me knowing? Absolutely Authentic Mexican Restaurant! We have extend family from the El Salvador region. We were all having a normal conversation & my Mom mentioned how much she liked the Tres Amigos from the local Mexican Restaurant. Well the room went dead silent & the family members said, those places are Mexican Restaurants in name & staff ONLY, but the food is NOT! If you want real Mexican food you have to go to 7 Mares, the food is completely different & so good. So we tried it & 🤯 OMG!!! They weren't joking 7 Mares is hands down the BEST REAL Mexican food you can find here. The taste, quality, portions & feel is beyond comparison! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional & attentive. Once you experience 7 Mares nothing else will be good enough! Sorry for the novel length review, but there's just some cases that warrant it. 7 Mares is a definite no regret dining choice. As a rate; ill be honest to all my fellow citizens who in search of a great, calm but mostly CLEAN Restaurant. THIS is NOT the place i would invite or recommend to anyone. ...maybe as a prank. My first and last, peronal experience at Siete Mares was not the best. As my friends and i were having our meals the mainence lady starts sweeping right next to us. We where sitting by the windows so sunlight came throgh. You could see all the dust particles glazing in the air. Okey. Later, i find a hair ON my food! I notified the waitress and manager. They took the plate. Manager never came back out; not even for a gererous apology. Because accidets do happen. We paid our bill in full. No questions asked. Walked out the door with a lesson- "Not coming back again."
