Ordered a smoothie, provided my name thinking they would call orders out by name as they were ready. Never heard my name or my order, so after 2 people who came after me got their orders I went to the counter to inquire. I was told that another member gave my order to someone else. They offered to make my order, I asked for a refund instead; that’s when I found out no one on staff or the person they called knew how to process a refund. All they could offer were free smoothie cards. Will I utilize those and give them another try? Probably not.
