Best Wings & Tacos — Restaurant in Petersburg

Stopped in for a quick dinner. So many options it was hard to decide! I almost ordered wings but the flavor I wanted was only for boneless. So I went for the gyro (pita) with grilled shrimp and I don't regret it. Yummy!! Now one day when I am in the area again I will have to try their wings. My husband had a Philly and he enjoyed his meal as well. We both had fries leftover. The restaurant doesn't offer a lot of seating so a quick in and out or to-go would be good options. Extremely bad sevice. Ordered wings combo ahead for lunch. Picked up order, no fries!!!! I was told that i only ordered wings. Even after showing them how the items I selected on line, I was told, "Oh, don't know what happened ". Bu t still would not gove me the fries. Yes, this may sound juvenile, but as a customer and maybe to satisfy the customer, would it hurt to just go ahead and throw in some fries to satisfy your customer??? ...Instead I was told "you did not order fries". My order confirmation read "Wing Combo" and their receipt read "10 piece wings" Will not be...

Their food is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve ordered here multiple times and have yet to have a bad meal. The ONLY reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is because their service/time management could be extremely better. I ordered first thing in the morning they said it would be no more than 15 minutes, ended up waiting 37 minutes for one dish and when I asked for a refund they denied me and kept saying “it’ll be one more minute”.

Again, food is AMAZING no matter what you get, but that one particular area needs...
