Caribe Cafe Restaurant — Restaurant in Doral

I was rudely attended by a waitress and its manager on m order. I placed my order via the takeout menu on the cash register, never have any waitress making a take-out are given the dine in menu. I mentioned to the waitress it was a cash order and from the special list of the day. Regardless of cash or credit card, they charge you credit card usage to which you have to mention it, so the "manager" removes it. I was charged $12.59 vs $11.99. When I got back a cent from $14.00, I called the manager, and I explained the error and she flat out didn't want to do a thing. I told both the waitress and manager what the price and change should be, and the waitress flat out told me not her problem the price on the menu at the register was wrong to deal with it. I've been going to this restaurant 5 blocks from home and in the previous times I've gone (every weekend), I never had this problem till 06/26/2022 @ 3:30 PM EST. I thought I had found a gold mine being so close to home but in reality, the way the manager and waitress handled this I will never go to this place again, they lost a good customer and won't refer anyone ever. If I could give no stars to right the review...

I have been ordering from this restaurant 4-ever. I enjoyed some of the dishes they had. Unfortunately today we ordered 2 club sandwiches. They looked unappealing but we were hungry. My 2 family members and I are now sick with stomach aches. I called the restaurant to inform them and explained the situation to the manager which said he didn't understand why because he personally made the sandwiches and he had made over 8 today and no one had complaints. He then said it could of been the sprite or our stomachs that got us sick! He was extremely unprofesional and didn't care at all. When I asked if there was an owner present, he said he is the night manager and besides lady I am the owner's son so you will get nowhere. I was done with the conversation and told him that's real sad, and they just lost a great customer. I ordered every Saturday and at least once or twice during the week. NEVER AGAIN.

I would have give then 5 stars....cause the food is FANTASTIC.....HEREis my problem...i have ordee 4 or 5 time and my order was wrong always to go....ham & chesse sandwich with No ham......Chichen parmesan ....jyst chichen breadee & also order steck par mesan ....just breaded steak.......incomplete Orders...dont blamed the waitrao they we FANTASTIC...AND THE INCOMPLEE FOOD ORDERED WAS EXELENT...SOMETHING IS MISSING LIKE COMMUNICATION AND CONFORMATION HOPE THEY GET THIS....THEY ARE GREAT HISPANIC COMPANY...I HOPE ONE ENGLISH UNDERSTANDING PERSON........NO OFFENSE INTENDED BUT UNDERSTANDING.
