Crazy sauce containers ate filled not even a quarter of the way unlike all other locations who fill it up half way or more. Manager said "I already know this stop coming Here every month complaining about the amount" number 1 I moved away 3 years ago and just happen to have been in the area and stopped by. Number 2 this means I'm not the only one complaining because she has me confused with someone else. I used to go there often because my family lived close by but like I said it's been 3 years! It's the same Manger that's been there since i was a child whos attitude i guess has still not improved while i have been away.Also back then they used to give normal amounts. There were about 12 ppl in the store and 8 outside waiting. No one answers the phone to order ahead. Then u wsnt me to wait in a 20 min line to get ripped off? The out in the container is like 2 Ketchup packets worth of sauce. The quality of food has also gone down from what I was able to see and heard from the people around me. Customer service and quality is not a concern in this store so why be open?

Read moreThe customer service at this Little Caesars (8300 W Flagler St, Miami) is absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order for 3 pizzas but only received 2. After trying to call the store for 20 minutes with no answer, I had no choice but to drive there myself.
When I arrived, the employee didn’t even acknowledge me while finishing another order. When I finally asked about the phones, he snapped back: “There is nobody else here, who do you think is gonna answer the phone?” Instead of helping me resolve my missing order, he dismissed me and blamed the driver. When I asked for the manager’s name, he refused to give it. Only after hearing someone call him did I realize his name was likely Ramon.
The way I was treated was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This wasn’t just an incomplete order — it was the lack of respect, accountability, and basic courtesy that left me frustrated. And this is not the first time it’s happened, but the second.

But since it isn't, the most I will give is 3... the pizza is actually good, but the customer service and cleanliness is awful. And the waiting line can get absurd, which is frustrating when you see 4 registers up front and only 1 working, and the person working it being super slow and careless.
