Wow! This Chinese takeout exceeded all expectations. The moment I opened the bag, the aromas of the dishes wafted out, instantly transporting me to a bustling street in China.

Firstly, the Chicken and Broccoli - this dish was a standout. The chicken was tender and juicy, while the broccoli was perfectly cooked, retaining its vibrant green color and slight crunch. The savory, garlicky brown sauce was rich and flavorful, coating every piece beautifully. It was clear that high-quality, fresh ingredients were used.

Then, the General Tso's chicken, oh my! Perfectly fried crispy chicken pieces tossed in a glossy sauce that was the ideal balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy. Each bite was a wonderful explosion of flavors, and the slight hint of heat left me craving for more.

Even the rice, often just a side note, was fluffy and delicately seasoned. Every item was packed with care, arriving hot, and the portion sizes were incredibly generous, providing great value for money.

I have ordered the same menu items from Hong Kong Restaurant on Parkhurst Plaza in Ashburn numerous times, I was extremely disappointed with one of the ordered menu items (Combination LoMein). Upon plating it to divide it equally with a family member, I noticed it being filled mostly with beef, chicken and pork. I literally counted 4!!! YES, 4 small shrimp in the entire container. I called to complain, asked to speak with the owner which she "said" she was ( Pan, Phan or Pam). I proceeded to express my dissatisfaction with my order that in my previous orders, this has never occurred. She rudely and basically saying "if I go somewhere else, it would still be the same" which I disagreed, ALL restaurants ARE NOT the same. I asked her "so you are charging the same price amount for food that is of LESS quality?" In the same breath, she also said "maybe you should order from somewhere else". I replied "going forward I most certainly will even if it requires me to travel to the other side of Ashburn or cross into Sterling or Leesburg, so be it AND that my restaurant review will fully reflect my dissatisfaction of my order in addition to her unethically rude, uncaring customer service behavior. Extremely rude woman. I often stopped for soup after grocery. Today my husband and kids came too. Kids don't drink soup. So i ordered 1 for my husband and my self, and one of my sons had some. But the woman told me off saying I cant come in here with 5 people and order 1 soup. Well, first of all, only 3 of us had it. sorry she had to bring 2 extra bowls I requested but that doesn't give her the right to humiliate me, that too in front of other people. when I said I'm sorry I wont come again, she and her staff together said loudly, "Yes please don't come". I am so offended. If you go to a Pakistani restaurant and just have a bite-sized chaat/dahi phulki, they'd never say to you "Don't come again", that is down right unacceptable.
