I had visited this restaurant for the second time, having had an excellent experience during my first visit. Unfortunately, this time, the experience was far from satisfactory. I had recommended the place to my colleagues, but the food quality and service were disappointing.

We ordered a variety of dishes, including samosa chat, pani puri chaat, chicken malai boti with garlic naan, chicken 65 with plain naan, chai, and chicken biryani. Despite requesting chai before the food, it arrived quite late, and the server, who appeared to be new, seemed inexperienced.

The food lacked the flavors I had enjoyed during my previous visit; everything tasted bland. We had to ask for something to spice it up, but the server informed us that they didn't have any options to enhance the taste. To add to our disappointment, the biryanis we ordered to go were similarly unappetizing.

Considering this underwhelming experience, I don't think I'll be returning to this restaurant, especially after having initially planned to make it a regular stop whenever I was in Orlando. The inconsistency in both food quality and service left me disheartened and questioning the reputation I had previously associated with this place.

Great Hospitality. Amazing food. Everything was super great.

We were served Samosa as we walked in. Didn’t know they were complimentary coz Ramadhan. They we got some iced drink. My friend ordered Chicken Masala with Naan. He saud it was super amazing. And i ordered lahori chole with bullet naan. They were so so so amazing. I simply loved it. Enjoyed eating my food. And at the end we were served fruit custard - guess it was complimentary too.

The server and owner were very humble, nice, soft spoken and very down to earth.

I am sincerely disturbed by what happened to my wife while we are here and thought long and hard about what actions we should take.

I went at night with my wife, 4 YO daughter, and 11 month old son to dine in. Half way through our meal, an older Indian amputee man came to our table in a wheelchair and said his name was Jimmy. I wasn't sure if he was part of the staff or just friends with the staff. He barely spoke English but gave my daughter a chocolate snack. He wouldn't leave our table but we thought it was just a cultural thing and tried being polite.

The baby eventually got restless and my wife stood up and started walking around the store with him. The man in the wheelchair then went towards her and asked to carry the baby. My wife uncomfortably obliged but when the transfer happened, Jimmy intentionally grabbed my wife's breast. It was not a graze but a full on grab.

My wife immediately came to me and informed me that it just happened. I was confused, 'was it an accident?', 'was it unintentional?'. As I'm trying to figure out the next action I look over and Jimmy is touching my daughter's solar plexus with his pointer finger. I immediately grabbed her, and told my wife to take the kids to the car.

I pulled the guy that was our waiter who appeared to be running the place and told him what just happened. He immediately goes to tell me that Jimmy wasn't right in the head, that he wasn't all there and that they were going to tell the owner.

I look back and asked, should I have called the cops? I think what prevented me from calling the police was the fact that the man was an invalid and I was in shock. I'm not sure that I made the right decision.

Update: When I called back after they replied, they said they were willing to recompensate me with a free party there for having my wife groped. Yes, I want to go celebrate where my...

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. We ordered nehari, a mixed kabab platter, and parata, only to be told 10 minutes later that due to a big catering order, they couldn't make the kabab platter or the parata. When we asked if any kababs were available, we were told the chefs were too busy to make them at all.

We had to ask for water 3-4 times before finally getting it, as the restaurant was clearly understaffed and everyone seemed too busy. Eventually, we settled on nehari and goat paya. The nehari arrived first, but the gravy was undercooked and tasteless. After waiting an unbelievable 45 minutes, they finally served the goat paya, which, to their credit, was the only good thing we ate. But even then, they couldn’t provide basic condiments like green chili or lemon to accompany the dishes.

To top it off, they added a 15% service charge for our group of four, which is apparently their policy for parties over three people. But with such poor service, they shouldn’t have charged us at all. The server was polite and did give us an extra naan after ours got cold from the long wait, but it doesn’t make up for the overall bad experience. The owner should either manage their staffing better or close the restaurant when they're overwhelmed with catering orders. Letting customers know up front would’ve been the decent...
