Overall we enjoyed this restaurant for brunch. The environment is very open, amd the restaurant is very bright in the morning. The staff was overall very friendly, and the manager was helpful with our questions. We thought we ordered the Smoked Salmon dip for an appetizer, only to find that we got the Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast, instead. We split it, still. The salmon was very flavorful. The bread was toasted just enough for a crunch. On top of it was a freshly sliced avocado, some pickled cucumbers, a sauce, a jalapeno slice, and what looked like micro-greens. It was all very fresh tasting and went well together. We still ordered breakfast entrees, too. I ordered the crab cake eggs benedict. The ciabatta bread was lightly toasted. The crab cakes were cooked jist right to where they were still very moist. The hollandaise sauce was tastey and my eggs were perfectly runny. My wife ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffle was large, and the chicken tenders were small and few in comparison. The syrup it came with is a tastey jalapeno syrup, that had a nice kick to it. The waffle was fluffy with a slight crunch. The chicken, on the other hand. While it was cooked very well, it tasted like there wasn't much done to it but the egg wash, breading, and fried. While it was fried really well. There was not a lot of flavor as there didn't seem to be any seasoning. Since my wife can't do spicy foods well, she requested traditional syrup, in place. The syrup tasted fresh made. For a dessert we had the croissant bread pudding, which was delicious. It was very rich in flavor and very tastey. The croissant was light and fluffy, amd buttery in flavor. The ice cream on top had caramel drizzled on top. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. We will look forward to visiting again, though the price, along with how busy we frequently find this place to be, our visits may be on...

If you’re someone who values tasty, high quality food, I wouldn’t recommend Local Table. Sure, the dishes look incredible—Instagram-worthy, even—but that’s where the experience ends. The flavors are flat, the ingredients lack depth, and every bite feels like a letdown. It’s as if they prioritize aesthetics over taste, cutting corners on the quality of their dish at every opportunity - not saying ingredients, but taste and recipe are poor quality - or perhaps the cooks (not sure which it is). My impression? I don’t think most of the population cares about food quality, and the restaurant consistently skimps on meat to save money, and it shows.
I’ve given this place more chances than I should—multiple locations, multiple visits—and it’s consistently disappointing. Not just “disappointing” bad, but “upset stomach and overpriced” bad. Every single time, it’s the same story. I’ve even brought my girlfriend and other friends along, hoping it was just me being picky, but the feedback is unanimous: looks good, tastes awful or just bland.
Unless you don’t care about dish quality (taste and substance) and are used to eating at places like Taco Bell or McDonald’s, this restaurant isn’t for you. But if you love rich, flavorful meals and care about what’s on your plate if you’re paying good money for it, do yourself a favor and skip Local Table. It’s all style and no substance—a real waste of money and appetite.
To address their response below: I've been much more than 3 times, but I've lowered it to 3 because that's the number of times I've personally gone without it being an event. I've gone a good number of times for events and gatherings from church, and I've held back this review for over a year.
Also, most of my reviews are good reviews, not negative ones. Look through all of my reviews and you'll see...
Read moreLocal Table — where do I even begin? This place is an absolute gem, and I’m officially obsessed.
I stopped in with my daughter for mimosas, and from the moment we walked in, we felt totally welcomed, relaxed, and like we were about to have a great time — and wow, did they deliver.
The food? Out of this world. Every bite is packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and that comforting, satisfying feeling like someone actually cares about what they’re serving. This is not your average brunch spot — this is the kind of place where meals turn into memories.
And now for the real stars of the show: Onaa, Zahir, and Mike. I don’t know what kind of magical team training is going on at Local Table, but these three were phenomenal. Friendly, genuine, on point with service, and just downright fun. They didn’t just make us feel like valued customers — they made us feel like part of the family.
Onaa had us smiling the whole time with her energy and warmth. Zahir is smooth, calm, and sharp — the kind of guy who keeps everything flowing like it’s effortless. And Mike? Cool, kind, and clearly someone who loves what he does. Together, they’re a dream team.
This was supposed to be a quick mimosa stop, but it ended up being one of those experiences you want to repeat as soon as possible. And I will — because Local Table is now at the top of my “go-to” list. Whether it's brunch with friends, a chill dinner, or just a little pick-me-up, this is the spot.
So if you're looking for amazing food, genuinely awesome people, and a vibe that hits just right — Local Table is calling your name. And if you're lucky enough to get Onaa, Zahir, and Mike, tell them they’ve got a...
