I brought my family to visit this restaurant on Christmas day. We have made this a family tradition for several year. I'm sad to say we won't be back next year. We arrived at 245pm and were promptly seated. We all ordered the "Turkey Dinner" and drinks. The menu said the dinner came with soup or salad and pumpkin pie. All for $22.99, we asked Chris about the soup and he told us "oh you don't want that, it's cold and basically all broth with just a couple vegetables at the bottom", this is at 245pm, the restaurant was open for several more hours. We all chose the salad. After about 15 minutes, a large Hispanic man (not Chris) came to the table holding a tray and said, "6 senior Turkey dinners." We informed him this must be for another table, we didn't order off the "senior menu", half of our party wasn't even close to old enough to order off the senior menu and we haven't even gotten our salads. He then raised his voice and, with an argumentative tone said "well this is what you are getting" , he rudly put the plates on the table and walked away. We flagged down Chris, who told us, "The only difference is a half loaf of bread instead of a full loaf." I told him, "The menu says that the senior dinner comes with a smaller portion of turkey." He said flat "the menu is wrong." he then explained he wouldn't be taking it back, but if we wanted more bread, he would bring us the half loaf of bread and charge us full price. I was very irritated with the entire exchange, but let it go because we had family there, and causing a bigger scene by walking out wasn't going to make it any better. We ate our dinners (actually very good despite it being a small portion of Turkey). About 15 mins later, "Chris" returned with our salads. Salad after dinner is a new experience for me and not usually how you guys do it, but hey, at least we got our salads. Chris never filled any of our drinks and never checked on us at all. To be fair, the entire staff seemed to be overwhelmed with "to go orders." After another 15 minutes or so, Chris came with our bill. I asked him if we were going to get the pie that was included with the "Turkey Dinner," and he replied "oh you want that?" I explained that "yeah we kinda do, " and one of our parties also wanted to order the blackberry cobbler. 10 minutes later, Chris came back with 6 of the tiniest pieces of pumpkin pie you ever saw on these little tiny styrofoam plates! Seriously, it was comically small, i dont even know where or why you would get one of these plates. *Pictures attached in this review, Yes that is a sugar packet next to it for size reference. It seriously looked like one piece of pie cut into 6, the pictures don't even due justice for just how small it was. He also never brought the blackberry cobbler. I paid the bill and left without further incidents, but this was probably the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in my life.

My friend wanted To go to lunch so we came here. We were greeted at the door....and sat right away. We were able to eat inside, it was nice. I ordered the western burger with fries. It was so good. The patty was juicy..I loved the BBQ sauce...coupled with the bacon and onion ring. It really was a very good burger for 13.99. The fries were so good too. They were cooked perfectly...and there was a coating on them that was so good. My friend ordered the ultimate ribeye steak 22.99. It comes with a mini loaf of bread...a side and the steak covered with grilled onions...mushrooms...and roasted garlic. The steak was good..but was so thin...it certainly was not worth 22.00. It was maybe 6 Oz of meat. They cooked it correctly...the onions and mushrooms were good...but it was very very thin. We were expecting a thicker steak but were disappointed to see it so thin...thats why I took a star away. Other than that...our experience was very good. I would come back again to eat...

Normally we have pretty decent service. Unfortunately, we went in on Valentine's Day (It's my husband's favorite!). There were only three other tables, not busy at all. There was one waitress running around like a chicken with her head cut off. What upset me was that the manager, Chris, was doing the absolute bare minimal. I honestly feel that this is not a good example of any kind of management. Our food had been sitting up there for a good 8 minutes under the hot lamp ready to be taken out but our waitress was busy helping another table. Chris made eye contact with the food several times to the point where my husband had to get up and ask for our food. In the picture you'll notice that the sour cream is completely "melted" and somehow my biscuits and gravy were cold! My daughter's wrap came out soggy, and she didn't even want to eat it. Disappointing for sure. *Sorry for the quality photo, I didn't realize it came out so dark!*

Only reason i am even doing 3 stars is the young lady that was our waitress was amazing, she deserves 5 stars really. She gave some amazing service to us, during this time sitting across from the kitchen the older lady with the hair rang that bell about 20 times, I almost went and took it. The young lady was taking a order from customers at another table food came up rang bell few times, then came back repeatedly to ring bell and not just once several times, with several customers sitting near kitchen. After that I returned my food, it was not good, I was told by mngr lady with hair and air quotes that it's actually not what we advertise its lunchmeat, well the lunchmeat tasted sour, and as a person that absolutely loves deli sandwiches I think I know the difference between good and bad meat being almost 50. She asked if I wanted something else after that, heck no!!!! your a very rude women and if your the mngr your micro managing sucks and you have good staff , so im not sure why you act up. I really felt the young women that was our waitress was amazing, then her boss lady ruined it. We are in town from az for family that is sick we were all trying to have a nice meal together not this bs.I have went to the Lumberjacks in willits ca several occasions never dealing with this kinda thing. My dad was a lumberjack when i was a kid I quite love the TV show and feelings there. So I'm bummed. Stick to my willits location. To the young waitress, your on the right track ,...
