McDonald's — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

The night cashier is always pleasant and nice but the female with pony tail server at drive up window is rude, doesn't provide napkins without asking, silent and unfriendly with a face that wishes you weren't there. Slams the window after handing you a bag without a smile. She hates the job or customers or both. Hamburger was good and fresh but fries were old, undercooked and cold. Would they eat them? Sometimes waits are very long with only 1 or 2 cars ahead. They never ask the large order car to park to side to server smaller orders behind them faster. I like this McDonald's location really good. The workers are really nice, polite and friendly. I absolutely love the biscuits made here, they're so close to mamaws that you have to look in the back cooking area to make sure that she isn't back there. I usually get one 5-6 times a week. Keep up the great work and give the biscuit maker a raise. DO NOT STOP HERE!! I mean unless you like waiting 30 minutes on fast food. 15 minutes in , only two customers in the lobby waiting cars coming and going in drive thru , and the manager goes sorry we’re waiting on nuggets … nuggets take THREE AND A HALF MINUTES!
