Update: I made the mistake of bothering to try this location again, but during the day. I placed a mobile order since they always have deals there. The order completed, and they put it above the fry station, so I walked up and informed one of the employees that I wanted to pick up my order while pointing at it. He asked me to walk to the other end of the counter where orders go when they’re ready, so I did while he then proceeded to disappear into the back. After this I proceeded to wait in the hopes of getting the attention of one of the cashiers, but after around 10 minutes of staring at my meal as it got cold I finally went back over to the other side and insisted that all they needed to do was hand me the bag that was still sitting above the fry station. At this point I was finally given my meal, and unfortunately was then met with the realization that for some reason this location has 4 month old Happy Meal toys(I collect these on work trips to give to my nieces). Literally 3 days earlier I was able to get the current ones from the McDonald’s on A Concourse, which also has never left me staring at my meal for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from employees. Odd given that I assume both are owned by the same franchise. Regardless, I would endeavor to always visit the A Concourse location if you want McDonald’s in this airport.

Read moreIt was Horrible the Cashier was very nice but the lady that was fulfilling the orders was nasty she was rude to everybody So I ordered two egg and cheese biscuits two hash browns and a coffee and an Orange juice for my one year old right before we got on the plane because they didn't open until 5:30 when they supposed to open at 5am and my boarding time was 5:45am. I had to feed my Son so he could be comfortable on the plane. My order number was called and she threw my bag at me and never gave me my Coffee or my Son's Orange juice that I paid for and I just snatched the bag and walked away! Coincidentally one of the Flight Attendants Ms Mary from Frontier saw the entire ordeal. It just so happen she was working on my plane and brought my son and I his orange juice and my coffee so he didn't have to eat with out something to drink. Bless her heart for that. Atlanta I was raised there and I have never been treated like this as a frequent flyer in and out of the Atlanta Airport, but that was unacceptable and truly would like my money back! While the kitchen staff is hard at work trying to make it through a horrible rush resulting from half of the food court being closed, the front of house staff ignored or got mad at customers. The individual working register would just walk off and ignore people so she could go micromanage the kitchen (the only people actually doing work), leaving the front unmanned except for the drink station. The individual working the drink station was constantly putting out drinks, but customers had never been told to wait for them before going to sit and wait for their food, so they piled out. She took this out passive-aggressively on everyone by shouting about it at the general customers waiting. The general incompetence of the front staff meant thay kitchen staff often had to stop making food to come to the front and deal with customers, causing the line to fall behind. It took 45 minutes for me to get my food, and the only thing that wasn't dead and soggy were the fries, which were only supposed to take and extra 15 minutes.
