The online order suggested system was not working. I called, they told me they don’t take over the phone orders anymore, I said okay, they redirected me to other third party apps like uber eat and door dash. I tried that and the price was a $4-7 mark up from the original price on the suggested site. I ordered from Yu, and intentionally decided I would just drive over here for spicy ramen—even after all of that— to only walk in at 8:40 ish, stood to the counter where not ONE person said a word. There was no front desk person and the THREE men in the back, kept doing what they were doing. They ALL looked me dead in the face. I stood there for at least 3 minutes, before I had to turn around and ask another customer if she had been helped. She replied, yes it was a girl. I then decided to leave. I will NEVER spend a dime in this place, not even at the downtown location. The disrespect was out of this world. To not say hello, give us a minute or call for help was insane. I mean they ALL just sat there intentionally choosing not to interact. It was like I was invisible, but maybe I was. This was poor customer service, business acumen and team collaboration. If this was my business, I would be livid, no one tried. I would highly suggest that you spend your hard earned money somewhere else. I just couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. My endless effort to support this place was silly;...

I would not recommend this location to anyone customer service is clearly something they need to work on. I use to really love coming to this location. I put a lot of my money in this business I’ve been supporting them for months. There was a new girl cooking last week. I didn’t want the noodles because I felt like she wasn’t trained enough and she didn’t learn to how to actually create that taste that I desire like the other older cooks. It’s my money!! And I spend it how I choose too. Today I showed up and the girl at the front was giving me this stink attitude and then she wanted to act like she didn’t understand what I was saying like hunny I speak very clear I can teach her English lessons if she would like.. then she had the audacity to not serve me my order and used the other guy to do it and bypassed my order. I promise you they are not going to see me anymore I did nothing wrong by saying I don’t want that particular cook that was new it’s my money???!! I go here every week and every other week. I will gladly go to the one downtown they were much friendlier that is the last transaction they will get from me. And I was giving them business telling my friends to try them I will gladly turn them the other direction because clearly they don’t know how to treat returning customers. They are not getting another...

Quite literally had no idea this place existed until we saw a random billboard while running errands. Upon seeing a ramen shop, we felt the need to investigate.

Walking in it is a smallish restaurant, but the vibe is really what you want to see. People eating happily, decent decorations without going over the top, etc. So far so good.

Menu selection was nice as well, not a huge menu, but it doesn't need to be. I personally had the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. When it came to the table I was like a kid on Christmas. Giant bowl packed with goodness. Just the right level of heat to have great flavor without scorching my tongue. Every element of the ramen was executed well and was fantastic. Get extra boiled eggs, it's worth it and they are divine.

All in all, we fed the whole family for a very reasonable price, with absolutely delicious food. I will definitely be back anytime I am hungry and on that side of town!

If you love Ramen or are just curious about it, I would 100% recommend...

I wanted to try out this location because i have heard good things. Overall this experience was cool. Upon entry it was a bit confusing they’re were a lot of people standing up we didn’t know exactly where to go or if it was a line. The lady at register didn’t decipher. When them noticed people were waiting on orders and me and my friend was attempting to sit down. So we had to place the order and pay and then she provide us a number to sit ourselves . It was a nice crowd. I ordered the shrimp shumai which this was good with a soy sauce for dipping. I then ordered the beef curry which it came with white rice . It was ok . Very bland the white rice was stuck and slightly cold. I also ordered the chicken ramen. It was good very flavorful. And had a lot of good things inside of it. I know next time to only order that and not the beef curry. My rating is based on the food, customer service experience and ambience which was lackluster. I will go back when i have a taste for this type of food.

I usually love me some ramen and might be a bit biased at times, however the service was meh when i first walked in. It's a little cute ramen shop, but if we want to talk flavor I ordered the chicken ramen and unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. Pretty presentation doesn't always mean the food is good and that's the case here. I also ordered some salmon onigiri, takoyaki, shrimp shumai and ofcourse can't go wrong with the gyoza. Starting with the salmon onigiri price was reasonable i suppose until it got to my table and there was a dollop of salmon and it tasted dry. Next the takoyaki which is my favorite, but i was highly disappointed since it was not cooked properly and was raw inside. Now the shumai were pretty decent along with the gyoza but it didn't get much better. Overall i hate to say it but my favorite part was my coke that was nice and cool. Sadly I would not visit this location again. Like i said picture pretty, but taste does not match the quality.

My first time eating at this restaurant and my experience was great. I figured since I like Ramen Noodles from the grocery store this shouldn’t be bad and I was right. I had the chicken and noodles with spicy sauce on the side I think it was number 8 and my coworker had number 4. I also had the pork dumplings yummy! The food was very good and I highly recommend. I would add a little salt to for my preference but honestly I enjoyed it without any salt. I did leave off the fish so I can’t tell you how it is with the fish included. The cashier was very nice and patient. The place was clean! I went about 1230 on a Sunday and there was a steady consistent amount of customers dinning in and take out. We didn’t have to wait more than 5minutes to get our food. Overall I enjoyed myself and since my all around experience was great I’m giving a five out of five stars for the visit!
