Long story short for people who don’t want to read the entire thing:
Poor customer service Doesn’t verify allergies (restaurants don’t have to but as my fellow allergy people know, it’s nice to find this information in the reviews) Cross contamination
I wasn’t going to leave a review, but in response to the response to my husband’s review- I will.
My husband left a one star review because I couldn’t get information for my allergy to get something. I’m adding the screenshot for how they responded.
I personally wasn’t going to leave a review, but as a business you should be able to identify allergens. And you shouldn’t lie, my husband never said “she’ll be alright” he bought the pop tart donut because I said it’ll be okay you can take it to work.
My husband wrote the review because I was upset because I got the lemon donut for myself and upon driving away I found red sprinkles on it cross contamination something that can end my life. The donuts were also packaged together, something you shouldn’t do after a customer says they might be allergic to one donut but not the other. I don’t think the red sprinkles were from the poptart donut, as they didn’t match, so I’m assuming there was cross contamination somewhere else but could’ve been the packaging I don’t know. So I was upset because I spent money on a donut we drove 24 minutes each way to try. My husband left the review because I was upset but being a man of few words, he didn’t fully explain the issue.
I am not a woman of few words, especially when someone’s being rude to my husband, so here’s my review so people with life threatening allergies can fully understand before they choose to shop here. They can’t verify allergens and don’t offer to check and there was cross contamination in my order even after we notified an employee of the allergy. I understand I have an allergy and not everyone will cater to it, but as other people with allergies might relate to- it’s important to know which places take it seriously and which don’t.
Neither of us made this the cashiers issue, I didn’t go back and say anything rude or demand a new donut or a refund. I just let it go and my husband left a review, as is his right. As a business owner, you should be ashamed of the way you handle customer concerns. This is not the cashiers fault, if anything it’s the owners fault for not providing ingredient lists or teaching employees how to accommodate customers with allergies.
How you respond to customers matters, a one star might’ve been a little severe prior to knowing how you treat customers but now I'm glad...

EDITED AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE
You might want to check those cameras again because as I entered the shop I was greeted by a staff member who was sitting cross legged ON the table in the middle of the floor behind the counter. Also, they were over 15 minutes past the quoted time to deliver. Instead of arguing with your customers you should probably be training your employees! ;)
EDIT (again)
The company quickly deleted their very long and passive aggressive response under this review after I responded to it....
