Pho Nguyen — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I have been coming here for about 4 years…

I am not a new customer, My experience today was awful… let me begin by saying that from the time I walked in I felt unwelcoming vibe… the girl (who is new to me, this is the first time I see her) said “How may I help you “ as I am walking in to what I responded we will dine in… she rolled her eyes and said ok…. My husband had gone to wash his hands in the restroom and As he was coming back she told him close the door ( the door was already open) because the ac is getting out, then she went and slammed the door, so After I put in my order….. she came in with the drinks…. I always get ice tea… and this time the ice tea wasn’t good, so I called her and let her her know that the ice tea is not good that I wanted coke instead…. She replied “ oh my God I have gotten many complaints on the tea lately” she proceeded to explain how they make their tea vs other places, then she brought a cup of tea and proceeded to taste it in front of me and said “there is nothing wrong with it, it’s fine” I said ok but I don’t want it I told her this is not the first time I been here and the tea for sure it’s different , she then said with an attitude “well I work here” I told her I don’t want the tea I just want a coke, this girl sighted “ugghhhhh as she rolled her eyes at me” left and dump the ice and threw the cup, she then went to the back and was talking loud in her language as I could her her talking to someone in the kitchen…. We didn’t stay, I walked up and left as I feared they would put something in my food.

Very nice place, the food is always delicious and I know how ice tea tastes ( the ice tea today was looking very tick) and it’s was rather bitter, just not good to my taste. I love the owner if it’s the same one (old lady) very attentive and nice all the time, this girl can’t be working here she will run...

I have been coming here since moving to this side of town a couple of years ago and today will be my very last time in. I wanted to dine in and take a load off from what was an extremely terrible day and the man in there was very unwelcoming and unpleasant. He annoyingly said okay take a seat. I sat down and he brought me a menu; I already knew what I had wanted (just the chicken pho with white meat). I said oh I already know what I’d like to order to which he responded “wait a minute, I’m on the phone.” I did not notice him on the phone. If you can’t remember or take a brief quick order and multitask, this isn’t the job for you. I got up and ended up ordering Togo because I felt unwelcome. Not to mention the horrible music he was playing and loud as if I was in the club. I will not be back and they lost an extremely loyal customer. I dont want to give it a star! But i want to write a review.I ordered beef stew ,vermicille with shrimp and egg drop soup with meatballs.I am totally disgusted and upset with my orders.The beef stew was disgusting,the meat was all fat and looks like intestine i cant figure what part of beef is it.the taste is not the same when i first had it.so that was a total waste nobody wants to eat it.Then the egg drop soup with meatball what i received was a small container of taste like beef soup with few slices of meatballs.its not egg drop soup it looks like they are trying to complete the order eventhough it is not the right one if dont have it they should have just tell the customer they dont have..it was really insulting to received it.the vermicille with shrimp was fine and thats the only thing i was able to eat the rest was just a...
