I see many many negative reviews here, and quite honestly it doesn't seem right. I placed an order for delivery to ATS at noon. The delivery driver called to inform me he had locked his keys in his truck and was desperately trying to get a spare brought to him. He told me he would call me if it would take too long to let me know that they would remake my order. Lucky for both of us, he was able to get a spare key brought to him, and my food was delivered. It may have been 30 minutes later than expected, BUT it was hot, cooked, and correct. He even gave me a 2 liter of Pepsi instead of a 20 oz. We all make mistakes. We are all human. Don't give a negative review because you are mad at them. That isn't fair.

Called management to try to fix my order. Manager was very rude and stated that he couldn’t fix my order because he did not have a delivery driver I asked for a refund and never got my refund and stated that I had to call tomorrow morning to get my order. Read moreI have had 2 incidents which have made me write tgis review. First one, when I came to pick up my order of pizza and wings only pizza was ready. According to management had misunderstood and did not prepare my wings. So they made them and gave me another portion for the misunderstanding. Yesterday placed order for one pan pizza and one stuffed crust. Got the pan pizza where stuffed crust was supposed to be. I called in to let them know, and they gave me 2 options. Either go and drop off the ones where they had made a mistake or wait 40 minutes for delivery. I did none because family was already hungry. People there need to start paying...
