Finally had a chance to hit Q BBQ while driving back up from the South this last time through after trying to plan this stop for years. I had always wanted to come here when it was owned by Tuffy Stone and I actually wasn't even aware that he had sold it until after I ate there and Tuffy actually commented on my video of the spot himself to let me know. The place was large and clean with plenty of seating and the gentleman who helped me at the counter was friendly. The meal came to around $24 for two meats, two sides, cornbread, and a fountain beverage. For the two meats I chose to go with Regular Brisket as well as brisket burnt ends. The ol' go big or go home mentality...hit me with both big beef items. For sides I chose mac and cheese as well as collard greens. This plate is much like a tale of two cities for me, the protein offerings were excellent, the rest was good, not great. The regular brisket was incredibly tender and I was having a hard time even keeping it on my fork from the plate to my mouth. Good flavor on it and a decent smoke ring as well. I have had better smoked brisket in my life but only maybe a handful of times. The burnt ends were also delicious and even more tender, but they were slightly one dimensional. They did have a sauce on the table that was a bit spicy though and when I added that they were a homerun. I wouldn't turn down either of those brisket options any time they were offered to me! The mac and cheese was pretty good but nothing that was super memorable. The collards were the same for me. I enjoyed them enough to eat everything on my plate, but next time in I'd definitely opt for trying other items. The cornbread also had good flavor but was dry. I ran the cornbread at the end through the leftover sauce from my burnt ends and that was a nice combo! All in all I am happy I finally got to stop in here and give it a shot and I'd go back and try them again. Q Barbecue - Didn't Suck!

Q Barbeque absolutely deserves a 5-star! Their place is so fantastic! The whole place is so amazing, full of awesome staff and managers, and also you can absolutely find in this place the best food you will ever have. Their menu is so big, so many flavors, and different kind of barbeques. Once you visit here you will absolutely love their service, the staff will greet you once you enter the place, and even guide you inside. They are so kind, they really care to all of their customers, and they will really accommodate you while you are waiting for your orders and until you finish your food. They are so nice and helpful. They really made the experience so much better. This place has the best barbeque I have ever had in my whole life. The bonus is their place is really near to my area, I can visit their place anytime I want, and also so easy to find. It was really a pleasure that this Q Barbeque is near in the area I lived. I really love their place, this spot never disappoints, and their place is really amazing. I will come back here again when I have some free time. Will also continue to recommend their place to all of my friends and family. They literally have everything. Thank you Q BBQ! You are great! Kudos...

To eat at a restaurant that is owned by a man who has stated numerous times that he is one of the winningest men in BBQ should be very exciting. However, this was not up to the expectations of a winning BBQ competitor. First off, you pay $16 for 2 strips of brisket, a half cup of pulled pork and 2 sides was a bit pricey. The brisket tasted like old worn shoe leather with liquid smoke. The pulled pork was dry and cold. The baked beans came straight from a can called bushes with some of the shoe leather from the so called brisket. The corn pudding had a weird texture but not bad. The only reason I'm giving this so called BBQ joint anything above one star is because of the corn muffin you get with your meal. I swear this is the best thing on thier menu. Moist, soft, sweet and not grainy corn muffins. If they would have screwed up the muffin, i would have made myself throw up so they could have something in the restaurant that would have flavor. I would not recommend this restaurant. Tuffy stone, you need to...
