Siesta Beach Eats — Restaurant in Siesta Key

We got an order of chicken tenders and fries for $13 and it came with 3 tenders that were closer to nuggets than tenders which is whatever. But then worse than that is, I hand them my card and they swipe it and flip their screen around (which is up high) and say just sign and hit done, which I did, and turns out the screen had 10% tip auto selected which is crazy that it defaults to making you tip for grabbing overpriced food to go. I didn’t notice this until as I was walking away, and at that point I wasn’t going to fight over a 10% tip but it’s just obnoxious. Obviously it’s conveniently located on the beach and the food itself isn’t too bad but I’m not getting it again...

Just went here the other day for the first time. Portions are very generous. The only thing I didn't like is the cashier added a 10% tip automatically without asking. Fyi that is basically stealing. Flipping your iPad around for me to sign after you charged my card with the added tip on was shady. I didn't make a fuss at the restaurant because I wanted to enjoy my last day of vacation but definitely wanted to post a review of their ways. They don't even bring your food out so what is...
