I would rate my most recent experience at Kabob Corner in Stafford as a 3 out of 10. The 3 is because the food was good but I can score no higher than that because the service was terrible. I am truly disappointed because I have been frequenting this establishment for quite some time and now I may never return. I guess I should have known better than to make an order on the internet. I made a $40.00 order on the website and upon arrival was only given half of my food. When I objected I was told that I was wrong, and further was pushed aside so that other customers could be attended to. Only due to my persistence was I given the opportunity to speak on my own behalf. The woman at the front counter refused to believe that my order was incorrect. Not only was it incorrect and provable by the receipt sent to my email but when I sighted the obvious disparity between what I had paid and the volume of food she dismissed me once again. I was forced to stand at the counter and itemize the cost of each food item on paper to demonstrate the errors that they had made. Ultimately I became so frustrated that I did not want the food and asked for a refund. Apparently making threats is the only way to get anything done because I was finally given the food I had paid for. Needless to say it was not worth a 45 minute battle.
During the fiasco I noticed that some of the staff seems to have been replaced along with what seems to be new management. I would advise anyone to avoid the Kabob Corner in Stafford or at the very least do not ever make an order online. It just...
Read moreVisited again. Don't really know why. I am not sure how many ways one can explain "very well done" For health reasons I must have my food cooked thoroughly. I actually got undercooked chicken. I checked out my receipt and notices that there were no directions about the chicken being well done. I called 4 separate times but no one picked up. I went back and explained that the chicken was undercooked. Well....they put on a show. The person working the register either couldn't understand what I was saying or just pretended he couldn't. He had just spoken with me less than 10 minutes before. He calls someone else who tells me that he will fix me another plate. I sat and waited for what seemed like a while. They kept getting orders ready while I spent my lunch time waiting. I waited at least 15 minutes. They made derogatory remarks about me in a language they were sure I didnt speak because my face held no expression. I sat and listened. I said nothing for a few minutes. I then got up and went to the counter and asked for my money back giving them back the food. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. IT WILL REFLECT IN THEIR BOTTOM LINE AND ONE CAN ONLY ASSUME WHAT THAT MEANS FOR THE BUSINESS. MOST DISRESPECTFUL GROUP OF PEOPLE EVER!!!!

Read moreI gave one star and will no longer be servicing kabob corner. I have been a customer since they were open only in fburg, so for years I have gone there, but not anymore. The kabobs are good I will not lie about that, but the service in Stafford is horrible. I have tried before to order over the phone but there is always a language barrier and the woman who answers always seems confused. This time, my husband and I ordered on line we both got the delux kabobs, I wanted to subsistute the beef for an extra lamb, which I have been able to do all these years. We live in TriAngle, husband sits in almost an hour of traffic gets there and the woman lets him know they didn’t subsitute the beef for lamb they no longer do that because lamb cost more. No where on website does it say this, but I also wanted to add, we pre-paid with card and I had to provided my cell number, why was I not called and notified? I would’ve paid the difference, I’m assuming again because of her language barrier or better yet why not prepare it how I ask and then tell me it’s additional charge when I pick it up again I would’ve paid it. Husband walked out no sauces in the bag had to go back, this order took way longer then needed and it wasn’t even what I asked for. The owners really need to do better and get someone better to work the front and answer the phones.
