My experience with Lee, the manager of this business, was incredibly disappointing. I called to inquire about parking details, hoping for some assistance or guidance. Instead, Lee greeted me with a rude and dismissive attitude. When I asked about the local parking office, he flat out refused to help, claiming he 'didn't know anything about parking'. While it's understandable not to have all the answers, his lack of willingness to assist and his unpleasant demeanor made the interaction unnecessarily frustrating. We had a reservation for 4 guests and the host welcomed us, gave us an accurate wait time (as we arrived a little early). Our server, John was informed and eager to help us decide.
