We waited 7 minutes for the bartender to seat us after being prompted; with very little customers. My daughter saw the stuffed animals and wanted one. Her response was very rude by informing an 5 year old that she needed to pay $10. That’s ridiculous; as she was with an adult. The comment should’ve been direct to me. She then confirmed it would be added to my bill, after I addressed her. Upon being seated, the server took an addition 6 minutes to greet us. While she was friendly and kind, her service alone did not make the experience any better. I was very disappointed in the quality of our food. The salmon was bland, the steak (medium rare) was tough and very difficult to cut. However, the asparagus was okay & could have been seasoned better. The Mac and cheese was subpar. The seafood trio was actually the best thing I ate. Upon leaving, it was snowing and we were stuck. The same bartender watched me struggle to leave the parking with three small children. The parking lot was not shoveled nor did anyone in the establishment attempt to help. It wasn’t until I used their shovel to attempt to make my way out of the parking lot. Again, the same bartender stood in the window and watched me struggle. She only left the establishment to retrieve the shovel — as I approached her, to inform her I was still using it — she only then offered advice to go through another exit. I kindly told her the advice would’ve been helpful 15 minutes ago instead of watching me struggle. Read moreI live in the area and have been coming here for years. They are on and off with bad servers and incompetent people but they're usually not there long. For the most part I've had exceptional enough service to keep returning every now and then and it used to be a great restaurant but I am getting sick and tired of the most recent service. The past few times were not great and the latest was awful. They need to fire that rude server Donna who intentionally messed up my order last time I was there. She took the order even though I had a different server and she clearly heard my order and even repeated it back to me. I confirmed it again. She then told my actual server something completely different. I believe i heard her badmouthing me to my actual server saying i dont tip vety much and im a pig. I couldn't be sure it was me being discussed but i was definitely offended to hear this. I try to leave a good tip when i am able and whej they are good to me but Donna is certainly not very good and i certainly didnt leave a big tip after this awful experience. I waited 20 min for my order to be messed up intentionally. Donna is not a nice person and in my opinion should not be working there when pulling stunts like this. As long as Donna is there and that other rude server who was my actual server that day, I will not be returning. I hope this is handled but unfortunately it probably won't be at this location. My burger was a little under cooked but nothing to complain about, But my girlfriend and I informed the bartender of a severe allergy she has to mangos after he made a drink with mangos in it, he didn’t understand the concern we had as he was handling our drinks and food after preparing the drink, he thought my girlfriend was worried about the girl across the bar drinking the beverage bothering her but it was actually the concern that he was handling our things after handling the mangos. Obviously the drink being on the menu is completely out of our control but the bartender could have at least washed his hands after preparing the drink and after we expressed the concern or he could have asked one of the few managers standing behind the bar to help handle at least just my girlfriends drinks and food to avoid any contamination. Shortly after leaving my girlfriends lip was itchy, she looked and had hives above her lip. Another customer next to us clearly being a local as all the servers and managers knew him by first name had completely understood where we were coming from, this is just an example as to when someone in your restaurant or at your bar says they have a servere allergy it should be taken seriously and...
