KFC — Restaurant in South Carolina

Been a resident in Horry County going on 71 years and I get concerned when I experience a place like this. Went there about five days ago and gave my order. The young girl had great difficulty in understanding my order when I gave her the numbers off their menu. I was overcharged by around three dollars because I had ordered the same thing on two previous occasions. The drink area was a big mess with drink and trash on counter and floor. When we got home with our order we found the order was incomplete!!! I filled out the survey and ask to be called concerning this matter. They have not even given us the courtesy to call us. We will never eat at this KFC again. They are in bad need of a management change. We will just go across the street and eat at Bojangles which is a whole lot better with...

Every time I go here I always have some kind of problem ! If it’s not them putting a leg and thigh in the boxes after we asked for all LEGS , they put the crispy lil chicken sandwich breads in our boxes one night instead of biscuits, they have done this to me several times and I’ve called and complained and they will ask me did I come before they were closing. It don’t matter give ppl what they pay for and if you don’t have it just tell them don’t give me a sesame seed bread when I was posed to get a butter biscuit 🤔 Last night I went and asked for all legs they gave me everything correct but gave me a chicken leg that was broke and it was for my baby. I eat here regularly on my lunch break . However today I experienced the worst customer service . While waiting on my food , it was given and placed in another customers hands on an open tray . When she stated to him that it was not hers . A male worker decided to try to pass it off to me . I advised him due to covid that I didn’t want to eat anything that someone has been breathing on or touched . He started cursing and talking trash under his breath . I wasn’t offered an apology or anything. A female worker advised him that he can’t say stuff like that under his breath . This is not how you treat your customers .
