Im done with Dominos.....especially this location, personal and business use, they do nothin but disappoint, time after time. For like the 3rd time, in a row, they didnt put garlic seasoning on my hand tossed crust, which clearly states it is supposed to be made like that. Time before last, i left a note on my order as a reminder, actually called the store, talked to an employee, and a manager. Still no garlic seasoning, when I pointed it out, they said no problem and liberally applied to my already cooked pizza. Im pretty sure its baked in....maybe....thanks for the greasy bread. These are the same people who say minimum wage isnt enough. I think its about 5 dollars more than these dumba$$e$ are worth......60 bucks a pop for nothing, not mentioning the 100 bucks plus order for my company....not no more, youre worthless, nothing, never again. Read moreI almost gave this three stars simply because my order was delivered much too early and was left outside the school on the ground, it then got stolen by other kids since the guy that delivered it didn’t bring it into the office. It was bad customer service. What saved the review is a woman named Susan. She’s delivered us pizza twice and both times she has been polite, she arrives to the school quickly and isn’t argumentative. The remade ticket left our drinks off and she personally made sure we got them after the guy failed to show up. She went above and beyond to make sure we got our correct order and was friendly the whole way. I’m not sure if all the other workers act like the guy but I hope this dominoes gives her either a raise or a promotion for her excellent...
Read moreWe've decided not to patronize this Dominos ever again and that really is a shame as they used to offer a decent product for a decent price. We order pizza once a month and over the last few months the quality of pizza and the quality of the service has veered off the corporate cliff. These days, if you order dipping sauce or sides, you stand a good chance of not getting them if you've sent someone who doesn't know exactly what you ordered. When you call, you're treated with suspicion or dismissed. Why the employees think someone wants to drive back to the store through traffic to scam them out of a .60 cent container of butter garlic dip, I cannot fathom, but they've certainly lost a customer over something...
