Well first off my family visits this location regularly so we are aware of the drinks that are not always made the same and this is due to different people with different motivation or the extreme lack of pleasing the customers. My family visited this location Sunday August 8th around 4 pm because everyone else's lines were backed up to hwy 501. Well I get my order placed in the drive through and when I get to the window I have 3 different employees hand me my items order of course was missing items but my biggest issue was I handed them exact change with a $50 bill well in the chaotic exchange of hands and items the original cashier was no where to be found (the one I handed my money to) so all in all I go to the parts store reach into my wallet and notice in missing 30 dollars I immediately return to the store location and she says oh yea I remember you and hands me my change (not from the register mind you). I know with the recent workforce down things are tough but seems like thief are slipping through the cracks into employment. Be careful and watch your change this could have been worse then it was but she knew she was caught. Also while I was inside waiting for her to finally have that light bulb 💡 click on I over heard a drink order was made wrong and the supervisor responded with oh its OK just throw this on top of it. There line was not backed up so why not make the incompetent employee remake it and make it correctly instead of sending out a product which isn't to specifications. Read moreThis used to be my favorite DD! Now it's at the bottom of the list. New management and new employees, they're absolutely awful!! Can't get an order right, the wait is forever. I even complained on DD website, never got a reply and things have got much worse there. I grew up in MA so I've been drinking DD for a LONG time. But this location out of ALL the locations I've been to from NE coast to SE coast, this really is the WORST! And it's obvious they do not care about customer service at all. Very sad because it's the closest one to me without driving over 10 miles to next one, unfortunately I will probably be a customer at Starbucks when they open in the future in Conway. Right near the DD. I've never been a fan of Starbucks but if customer service and orders are correct I will most likely be their customer 🤷♀️ If corporate called me back and tried to resolve the situation I would stay as a customer, but that didn't happen. Very unfortunate, my family won't go there anymore either. And all of us went multiple times a day everyday! Change management and staff!! Read moreWould give zero stars if i could. Placed a large order for 200 munchkins and 3 dozen donuts. To make this easier I went in the night before to place the order so they would be ready the next day. In the morning I was told they did not receive this order from the night employee until 7am (I was suppose to pick them up at 7:15am). Was told they may not have the munchkins to fill the order. 1). How do you not have 200 munchkins in the morning when last night at 7pm you clearly had that amount being wasted being wasted on your shelves? I don't want old donuts but you clearly always have enough. 2). Even if the employee did call the order in at 7am because she forgot last night, with 15 minutes to fill the order could you not have put it together in that amount of time? 3). If logistically you could not fill the order would you not offer something in return for the mistake that was made?
