Great coffee overshadowed by awful service. It took me 28 minutes to receive my order.
I had placed an order through the app for pick-up and arrived at the location to line up behind the "Order Pick-Up" queue. Despite standing there with other customers, no one checked us in. The staff at the window kept prioritizing walk-in customers, taking their orders without acknowledging those in the pick-up line. I assumed they would check us in once they finished with the walk-in orders, but they didn't. Instead, they simply returned to their tasks.
Eventually, a staff member heading toward the drive-thru lane noticed us and managed to check us in. After 5-10 minutes I finally receive my order, and their explanation for the delay was that they had too many orders. Honestly, that's hard to believeāevery walk-in customer received their drinks well before I did. What's the point of mobile order if they prioritizing walk in and drive through costumers anyway?

When I got there the woman lectured me and told me to just order in the window. Then she told another employee - itās okay to educate them as long as you are niceā¦there wasnāt a single other customer while I was there. I was fully prepared to wait for my order being cognizant of the fact I had just ordered. No problem. But for them to lecture me and act like I had inconvenienced them by doing what I had done was not cool. They didnāt have any other customers and I was more than happy to wait. They were in a tiz thinking I was in a tiz but I was chillin.
In previous experiences I have just experienced very inconsistent drink preparation making it hard to find āmy drinkā there.

I put it for pickup at the window since the drive thru lines tend to be very long and it said it would be ready at 10:44AM. When I get there I tell the lady at the window about my mobile order and she seemed to put it into a tablet despite me having ordered and paid online already. Nearly fifteen minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and after talking to three workers behind the counter about it, I get my drink and leave as Iām now late to my event. There were a few other people standing by the window as well and maybe three cars in the drive thru, so it wasnāt absolutely slammed.
I choose to do mobile orders to avoid any wait or conflict but I donāt know what the point of placing a mobile order is if I still have to wait fifteen minutes for a drink.
