I like a good pizza joint with a salad. This place has salads so I decided to give it a try. Mistake!! The salad was made from pizza toppings partially cut into strips using a pizza cutter. Partially meaning they were stacked and rolled through with a pizza cutter. I had to finish cutting and separating everything with a plastic fork and knife. There was also a slice of cheese on the salad which was also cut into strips. Why? A pizza joint already has shredded cheese. The tomatoes were sliced rounds but were not cut down any further. There was absolutely no pride whatsoever in the food preparation. I would have respected you more if you had told me upfront..."We don't care about your salad." and "We're too lazy to make your salad." I wouldn't have thought much of you, but it would have been better than my impressions of you now. The pizza was....Ehhhh. I'm sorry, but that was the only description I can really describe it with. If you had at least showed some sort of pride or care in the preparation of my food, these words wouldn't be here, and I would have probably given you three stars. Furthermore, there was no salt or pepper. I asked, but no. I know you're a pizza joint, but if you're going to have half your store set up for dine in, you should have salt and pepper on the tables. I can honestly say, the best thing on the table were the croutons on my salad. If these aren't Marco's values in food, then why do you allow an employee to continue to degrade your name and business through their own laziness? There are so many people looking for jobs these days. But I guess if you're lazy and don't care, then this may be why you take no action while your employees actions show where the real problem lies. I hope you fix it, but I won't be...
Read moreI used to love this place. Still tastes great, but avoid their marketing schemes. I got an email offering a special deal, that did not exclude delivery service. So I used it and ordered a pizza online for delivery. Somehow the order changed "to pickup" and sat on the shelf for 45 minutes before I figured out something was wrong. When I tried to change it to delivery and get a fresh pizza they added 40% to the charge and could not/would not honor the original price. So why does their HQ offer specials that the franchise holders can't afford to honor? In other words, the food is good, but expect to pay full price, no matter what. Update: I was in no position to be able to pick up the pizza so I had asked them to cancel the order. They never did. So I ate a $19.90 charge and got no pizza. I tried the link the manager offered below, but rather than respond to my complaint, it just signed me up for more email specials! Lovely. -Update a year later: I am kicking them back up a few stars...I just can't stay away from...
Read moreOnly gave one star because zero is not an option. So the issue is that I went to pick up pizza and dug all round my purse for my dirty money and they lady took my money and touched on someone else’s dirty debit card and continued rubbing her dirty hands on the pizza crust. She didn’t even pretend to wash her hands before messing with other people’s food. I complained to the store manager who apologized and then took back his apology because according to him the workers are not required and o wash their hands because of the temperature of the oven. Honestly I don’t give a care how hot the oven gets it just seems that washing your hands after touching germy stuff would be the right thing to do. I’m just the type a person that can’t eat food after seeing nasty people handling it. What I don’t know won’t hurt me I guess, but I’d never eat pizza from there again. Thanks to them I make homemade pizza for...
