McDonald's — Restaurant in Conway

We have always enjoyed going to the north conway McDonald's as a family for breakfast, until this morning. We ordered our food at the counter then sat down. The front counter worker brought out our tray, but.... one meal was wrong, there was No butter or syrup for the pancakes, and no utensils. Then I realized my sandwich and scrambled eggs was not even on the tray, so back to the front counter I go... I waited 20mins for a sandwich and eggs that had not been put on our tray. When they finally handed them to me, they was cold. But hey, atleast I can eat with my family now. We are finishing up and my husband had ordered a sausage mcmuffin for later like he often does. There was a leftover piece of sausage from a meal, so he was going to add it to his sandwich. He unwraps said sandwich, and there was an English muffin with melted cheese in the middle, sitting on top of a sausage patty and egg! Now I know there are lazy workers everywhere but this was beyond lazy! It's just down right not caring and it's wrong! I've never ever had such a bad experience at this McDonald's as we did today. During a recent visit to McDonald's, I anticipated a quick and satisfying meal. However, upon entering the establishment, I was met with an unpleasant and unexpected surprise. An overpowering stench permeated the air, reminiscent of improper personal hygiene, which immediately detracted from the typically welcoming ambience of the restaurant. This odor was not only distracting (coming from an old short haired woman) but also disconcerting, casting a shadow over the dining experience.

While the staff was courteous and the food was prepared as expected, the lingering smell significantly impacted my ability to enjoy my meal. Cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere are foundational to any dining establishment, and unfortunately, this particular visit fell short in this regard.

First off. I would give zero stars, but to post a review, it has to be one. They are not worthy of half a star. Let alone one star. They may have renovated the outside and inside, but the staff are below incompetent. 45 minutes for a drive-thru order and still had to go inside to get it because we were forgotten, and the order was never done. Was never given receipt. Did mobile order, so I showed a receipt on my app. The employee then decides to walk to the back with my phone. Brought me half the food and my phone and asked if it was right. The manager on duty ripped off her headset and asked what I wanted. I wanted my food. Waited another 15 minutes for the rest of my food. Went home with the food 15 minutes away, and the burgers were still wrong. Do not recommend this place or their unprofessional management.
