Taco Bell — Restaurant in Conway

I very rarely leave reviews at all. After the 7th time receiving the incorrect order, almost in a row, I feel like people looking at this place should receive a warning: Please check your bag before pulling away from the window, they will give you the wrong order / short your order here, even if you are the only person in line / in the drive-thru.

3 of the 7 times were just a wrong item or two. Not a huge deal to me, most Taco Bell items are basically the same thing repackaged, but could be an issue to some with dietary restrictions.

The other 4 times have been missing items entirely, or even worse, paying for a larger size and receiving the smaller size (the new chicken nuggets as the most recent example.) The majority of these errors have been with one employee at the window, giving single word responses at the menu and staying silent through the entire hand-off at the drive-thru.

I don't know if they are just mindlessly going through the motions and not paying attention, or purposely shorting people product, but something is going on at this location.

I visited this establishment at 8 p.m on June 1st, 2021 after I had concluded a very enjoyable hike in the white mountains. I was low on energy and believed that taco bell would be a great treat for my hard accomplishment of my day. To begin the service was somewhat slow; each vehicle would remain at the pickup window for around two minutes. When giving my order, the one taking my order understood every special instruction I gave (I ordered a bowl with my own customization). I looked at the order on the screen and the order was put in correctly, so by now I was satisfied. When I received my bowl I had come to learn that none of my special instructions were implemented and I belive I received the standard bowl. Ridiculous!!!! This establishment hires employees that do not care about their jobs or their customers. This just adds to the correct assumption that fast food in New England is some of the worst service you will receive in relation to food. I would highly recommend not eating any taco bells in New England, and especially not at this taco bell in North Conway, New Hampshire. Food...

The gal taking our order at the drive thru was fantastic. However the young gentleman at the pick up window lacked personality and we had to ask twice for a receipt. On top of that we got received one fork for the Nacho Party Pack. Are we suppose to share that fork??

The meal itself wasn't bad. The cheese sauce softened the chips in spots which made it not so appetizing. Their take on guacamole looked more like space food that had been reconcentrated. It was overwhelming to see how many jalapeños were added. We filled a full Cereal bowl removing them.

Next time we'll skip the jalapeños, guacamole, and cheese sauce. We'll sub in extra tomatoes. Shredded cheese and onions. Hopefully they'll have Pepsi when we...
