I have mixed emotions about this particular store. Going into the store was a fantastic experience! Mark was very helpful and considerate to our sleep needs as well as our wallet. Finding the bed that would work best for us was made simple, and for that I am more than thankful. What I do not appreciate though is how unreliable the delivery process has been. The original agreement was to have it delivered the next day. I received a call saying it didn't make it on the truck as planned. Okay, I can be understanding of the situation. We planned to have it delivered on a Monday since he wasn't sure if it was going to show up over the weekend or not. Receive a call that Monday with the information that we had to wait until the next day to get our delivery because he went out of town. So, there weren't any measures taken to ensure that we would still get taken care of that day? Here we are, the next day receiving a third call yet again telling us we have to wait another day because of the weather. At this point, I can't find it in myself to be understanding any longer. I'm frustrated that we have paid in full on an agreed price and still have yet to receive our bed. I'm frustrated as a consumer of a product to sleep on the floor for a week straight because of an inconsistency within a company. I'm frustrated to have read the reviews and done my homework to find the best place to purchase a bed only to find that we are not getting the same experience as all of these other fine people have prior to us. As I said before, I have mixed emotions. If you have your own means to buy a bed and get it home yourself, then go see Mark because he will indeed take great care of you. Heaven forbid you need it delivered because you may not get what you want when you need it. Here's to hoping that my bed actually shows...
Read moreI don't normally write reviews but my experience should not go unnoticed for both consumers and management. I recently came into the market for a new mattress and decided to try Mattress Firm at the North Conway, NH location.
I walked in with my wife on 1/23/18 at 6:00pm and the employee was walking towards the front door with a cigarette hanging from his mouth. He looked directly at us, took the cigarette out of his mouth and put it in his pocket. He didn't even welcome us into his store which began our unpleasant experience.
As my wife and I began to look at different mattresses the employee's cell phone rang and he answered it which came off rude. It sounded like it was a personal call because he told the person on the phone he was "walking out for a smoke and now has customers so I can't even take a s*." He continued by saying he doesn't care what they think and hopes the store loses power so he can go home.
At this point my wife and I are completely disgusted and will never step foot in any Mattress Firm again. This employee has completely turned us off to the brand and we will not be returning to...
Read moreIf I could give no stars for this store i would went there today because we are not happy with the mattress we bought the lady in the store was very confused we kept repeating ourselves and when my husband told her that she wasnt listening to us she said he was yelling at her and refused to talk to him . He was not yelling at her at all he speaks loudly naturally and tried to explain that to her. He then left the store to avoid a conflict and I stayed and talked with her. When I came out of the store to speak with my husband about what she said he said we should just get our money back he proceeded back into the store and said in a calm voice how do I get my money back and she called the police and lied to them saying we have had other issues at this store . We have only been to this store 1 time before and have never had any issues till now . Theere was another couple I the store at the time we were there and they were having issues and getting the run around as well. This women should not be employed to work with the public.
