I had called to let them know I had ordered a triple cheeseburger and didn't get one slice of cheese. I originally ordered a sausage, egg, Mcmuffin approximately 10:25am through the app. I got caught up at work and arrived after and they mentioned bfast was no longer served so I ordered a triple c-burger. To my surprise I found out that I didn't get cheese so I called and was told to just mention the manager name. (Mari) seems like they gave me a false name so they didn't have to reimburse me. Hahaha to my surprise I call today and spoke with a very rude, unprofessional "manager" who claimed I called and used a old managers name to get free food despite asking me if I had a receipt for my order (which I did). When I told this young, unprofessional, non-educated young man, why did you not ask if I had a receipt, he said "oh, you have a receipt?" Hilarious as it was before asking me a proper professional question he said I'm looking for free food. Not to mention no name was given for this uneducated manager. Now I know why he works at McDonald's. (NO common sense) If they mess up your order becareful. Accountability and honesty is not given. Look at ratings and look at reviews, proof is in the pudding. Manager also tonight said "how do I know if I give you my name you'd look to get free food" but instead gave me his name out of confidence because he knows corporate would have been called and they would have gave me the customer service that should've been provided. I'll be sure to call with my receipt number and get what is owed. But that uneducated individual proves why he is a manager, late night in McDonald's. With no aspersions to be successful.

Read moreGeneral manager Marty I believe her name is, she has been very rude to a lot of the people I know come to this location. It is understood that the workers come here to work hard but being rude to people who come here to allow their children to simply enjoy the play place or who utilize the safe workspace at the tables is unacceptable. I was off to get a meal for my wife and I. Marty walked out the bathroom and my wife informed me that she rudely commented that my wife and some of her friends were utilizing the bathroom improperly and told them not to dirty the bathroom again. !!???. Which lead to making a paying customer who was already having a not so good morning to cry Not to mention this location has 2 doors. Often I see people trying to open the door closest to the parking lot and always fail due to the door being locked on purpose. Which to me is a fire hazard This is not fair as a McDonald’s. Most if not all of the McDonald’s I’ve been to always have all doors accessible. Most of them are rideshare delivery drivers trying to get an easier access entry. I know people here who watch closer surveillance than their own cameras. Just yesterday there was a couple doing drugs sitting next to us and we were the ones to inform the employees about it. Read moreThis is my last review. I’m so done taking the disrespect from Marty the GM. We go to this location all the time, all the employees know us and our children very well. Well tonight, Marty decided to blow up another managers phone who is on shift. The manager came to us and let us know that Marty is watching us all on camera and she wanted us all to be trespassed. The manager was hesitant to do anything because she didn’t want to trespass someone for something she is unaware of understanding. We let her know that all that happened was that Marty denied us service for whatever reason she had on her own a few days ago and that she made another customer cry because she blamed us all for “dirtying” the women’s restroom. There was a random altercation before the manager came to us tonight but we had nothing to do with it. Marty told the manager on shift that we were loitering & trying to ask people for stuff and to trespass us for that, but again, that is not true. We are usually the ones to give to our friends so there’s so much misconception with Marty. The manager on shift didn’t seem to have any issue with us and never has. We are all respectful, try our best to keep to ourselves, not bother anyone, and clean up after ourselves. There’s absolutely no reason behind her disruption against us besides creating drama.
