I desired to get the $5 sub deal and I really wanted to place the order online to save time... went to website to order online and saw that the sub I desired, a meatball sub, was not available to order as a selection online. Called the site and spoke to a worker/manager, was told they were aware the meatball sub was not available online but it was available to order in the store. So I went to the store to order the sub in person as indicated.
After ordering 4 subs, I notice the total price did not include the $5 sub advertised price... the employee ringing me up was also the same person I spoke on the phone with... he then states with a shrug that "you have to order the subs online to get the advertised price". I can't order what's not there! And I was not told that on the phone! After reminding him of our conversation and asking him for the advertised price again, he stated I can "take that up with the corporate office for not having the sub listed". Wow, such poor customer service! I will drive past this Subway in the future and tell others you should too if you desire for sale advertised prices...

When we arrived there was 2 other people in the resturant. My son ordered a chicken bacon ranch and I ordered the teriyaki chicken. At first the young boy said oh we don’t have any terrayki chicken ( yet this was the sub of the day so I’m not sure how you run out of that ) but he goes I can use grilled chicken an put some teriyaki sauce on it. I agreed. You could tell the 2 making the subs were disgusted that costumers kept coming in to order. Emma and the young guy making the subs (didn’t look at his name tag) were completely rude. Acted as if me and my son were a problem because we stopped in at 9:15.pm trust me I get it they wanna close at 10 but they literally still had 45 before closing. She was rude , wouldn’t give me the bread that I wanted saying it’s still hot when it’s been out on the rack for about 10 mins while I was at the store and was just rude over all not only to me but to another customer also but sat around joking with coworkers , and when I received my sandwich I was astonished and very upset , I paid 19$ for my meal and I got a very thin sandwich ! It’s ridiculous ! For this amount I paid I could have feed my whole family at McDonald’s , here I only got a sandwich and drink , and then to realize that the sandwich was a rip off !
