Delta Motel — Hotel in Conway

So..my family and I decided to take a 5 hour drive....fun day beach trip spontaneously, and ended up at Delta Motel being that everything nice was booked.(rolls eyes) we go inside to put the bare minimum in there, being that what it looked to be people living there permanently and has become comfortable with each other because they were yelling across the parking lot Talking.So we go out to enjoy our day at the beach, mind you when we checked in we stayed inside the room for less than 20 mins after that we didn’t arrive back until 7 hours later,at this point we were exhausted,walked in the bathroom and What do you know Roaches we’re in the shower,towels were clean ..but stained badly.YES we asked for our money back being that this room was disgusting.he did not handle the situation properly,professionally,or as a businessman,he could have simply giving us the full amount back,however his no refund policy claimed to be a restriction(whatever).will never forget...

My husband, myself and our 2 babies stayed here for 3 months. The owner charged 300 a week for a double bed. No kitchenette. Mold in the stand up shower. Teeny tiny bathrooms. Roaches behind the fridge. Ice machine never worked, soda machine takes ur money and the snacks in the snack machine are stale. Nothing but drug deals and booty calls. My husband put a new roof on the motel....by hand! The owner screwed us over!!!! The owners wife...ugh!!! She is so rude and should not be in that business.the owner is a cheap, cheap man!!!! The help, Sam and sindy, are great people. My son loved them so much!!!! There's so much drama there, I do not recommend u bring ur kids there. We moved to the beach and are paying the same price for an oceanfront view from our balcony, a full bath tub, stove, fridge, coffee pot, plates, bowels,pans, pot,cups, silverware and a DISHWASHER!!!! Terrible place... old, run down, exposed light bulbs in the shower, motel's name written on the bedding in magic marker, need to get things like toilet paper and towels from the office, not cheap in price. An abundance of safety issues... a real build inspector would have a field day!

This was a last resort stop as darkness was fast approaching while we were bicycling from FL to NY. Too bad you cannot give NEGATIVE 5 Stars.

If you get stuck there LOCK YOUR DOOR and don't come out until it is daylight. This as there were an abundance of unsavory characters...
