I went here multiple times by myself. Dude always greeted me and responded with decent energy. First time I brought my gf of color of in. He gave me a look. I said what’s up bro? Like I always do. He didn’t respond until after he gave a cynical smirk and responded 5 seconds later after I turned back. “What’s up bro” in a mockery way. After this awkward interaction my gf and I proceeded to look for the product we desired. He went to the end of the counter to watch us like we were gone steal some stuff. Again I’ve been here multiple times and no issues but now I have a person of color with me. All the sudden we’re thief’s. Definitely felt targeted and uncomfortable. I walked up to the counter and said you think we’re gonna steal? He didn’t respond. I honestly should’ve walked out. I still purchased my booze like a good American boy and moved on. I bought two 99¢ drinks. Charged me $4 and something cents and said that the last time I was in there my card was declined... I haven't been in this store for months. And if what he said was true if he would have just said something to me I would have gladly gave him the money but instead like a snake he charged me before I had the chance to notice. But he knew he was lying that's why he didn't say anything and basically stole the money off my card. There is a liquor store right across the street that I would recommend everybody's always polite and respectful.
