Five Guys — Restaurant in Conway

Sooo I've always had a love hate relationship with five guys. Now, hate me to strong of a word but, I would have a bunch mediocre experiences which is totally good but, being in the North now after traveling, I just had a great experience at this spot. I had done it online order and unfortunately the iced tea was no longer at this store. But, there was a wonderful person who greeted me and then also was the one that told me about the discontinued iced tea day instantly told me I could get a milkshake or another drink. I was incredibly happy over the moon. Dare I say that I could get a milkshake! Then within just a few minutes after a few peanuts I was given my milkshake by a wonderful person with pinkish hair and a goatee. They offered me also another drink for the inconvenience and I'm telling you this was beyond exceptional customer service. He didn't have to do that and I was over the moon. Happy. This spot is wonderful and the people today on Sunday April 23rd were exceptional! Keep up...

Five Guys North Conway is a decent and alright Restaurant We came here on a Sunday around lunch time.

Pros: A) Food was nice and cooked well. French Fries were a little too salty for me and Burgers were good.

B) Service is good although they should have at least two cashiers as there was a lineup almost to the door. Also they kept refilling Napkins ketchup and cutlery.

C) Washroom were clean but they should have it opened by gender for faster and efficiency instead of one washroom each and locked because some were waiting outside.

D) Location is right by the outlet so very close and by and it was busy.

Cons: A) Parking is small so it may be difficult to find a spot. B) The tables and booths they need more of chairs or tables because some were hogging them to sit with more than 5 or 6 people.

All in All it’s a nice and same five guys you would find everywhere.

I've never been dissatisfied at 5 guys before, but then again, I've never been to this location before. I just got through reading a few of the other responses and I felt the same way. The employee seemed almost irritated that we were there to order food. It took her a minute or two to turn around and even help me, and I was very patient. I went over to get soda, and most of it was out, so I guess it was too hard to connect the bags of of soda in the machine. Overall, food wasn't up to par either, so count me as someone who will never stop there again. Their lack of any concern would be hilarious if it wasn't so blatant. They have actually responded to somebody signed "your name," obviously it's a bot doing all...
