Just stopped at Old Navy and bought some nice clothing. I loved the choices. What I didn’t love, however, was that we had a coupon for 15$ any 50$ purchase. We get into line with 54$ of merchandise and the cashier tells us that our coupon won’t work because we got some items from clearance. Mind you, our cashier was very rude, and the coupon itself had no expectations or rules saying “Can’t use clearance items”, unless you click -on the website- ten things to get to the information. Anyways, so we take another purchase item from a rack and we hand it to the lady. Our total was $49.99. They would not allow a penny difference for this stupid coupon. We tried buying something from the checkout area, like a little hat or hand sanitizer. Turns out you can’t buy those either to use the coupon.We ended up having to buy 2$ flip flops just for their coupon. I was not pleased at all with my visit...
